Then the Lorde said vnto him, Who hath giuen the mouth to man? or who hath made the domme, or the deafe, or him that seeth, or the blinde? haue not I the Lorde?
And the heauens shall declare his righteousnes: for God is iudge himselfe. Selah.
For the Lorde giueth wisdome, out of his mouth commeth knowledge and vnderstanding.
Surely he shall say, In the Lorde haue I righteousnesse and strength: he shall come vnto him, and all that prouoke him, shall be ashamed.
For I will giue you a mouth and wisdome, where against all your aduersaries shall not be able to speake, nor resist.
Iesus answered, & said vnto him, Verely, verely I say vnto thee, except a man be borne againe, he can not see the kingdome of God.
Verely, verely I say vnto you, he that heareth my worde, and beleeueth him that sent me, hath euerlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation, but hath passed from death vnto life.
Then said Iesus vnto them, When ye haue lift vp the Sonne of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I doe nothing of my selfe, but as my Father hath taught me, so I speake these things.
No man taketh it from me, but I lay it downe of my selfe: I haue power to lay it downe, and haue power to take it againe: this commandement haue I receiued of my Father.
For I haue not spoken of my selfe: but the Father which sent me, hee gaue me a commaundement what I should say, and what I should speake.
And I wil pray the Father, and he shal giue you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for euer,
We are buried then with him by baptisme into his death, that like as Christ was raysed vp from the dead to the glorie of the Father, so we also should walke in newnesse of life.
Now if it be preached, that Christ is risen from the dead, how say some among you, that there is no resurrection of the dead?
For we must all appeare before the iudgement seate of Christ, that euery man may receiue the things which are done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or euill.
That the eyes of your vnderstanding may be lightened, that ye may knowe what the hope is of his calling, and what the riches of his glorious inheritance is in the Saints,
That he might graunt you according to the riches of his glorie, that ye may be strengthened by his Spirit in the inner man,
I am able to do al things through the helpe of Christ, which strengtheneth me.
For by him were all things created, which are in heauen, and which are in earth, thinges visible and inuisible: whether they be Thrones or Dominions, or Principalities, or Powers, all things were created by him, and for him,
For Christ also hath once suffered for sinnes, the iust for the vniust, that he might bring vs to God, and was put to death concerning the flesh, but was quickened by the spirit.
