Then shal they deliuer you vp to be afflicted, and shall kill you, and ye shall be hated of all nations for my Names sake.
Blessed are ye when men hate you, and when they separate you, & reuile you, & put out your name as euill, for the Sonne of mans sake.
If ye were of the worlde, the world woulde loue his owne: but because ye are not of ye world, but I haue chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
I haue giuen them thy word, & the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, as I am not of the world.
For we preach not our selues, but Christ Iesus the Lorde, and our selues your seruaunts for Iesus sake.
Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproches, in necessities, in persecutions, in anguish for Christes sake: for when I am weake, then am I strong.
If yee be railed vpon for the Name of Christ, blessed are ye: for the spirit of glory, and of God resteth vpon you: which on their part is euill spoken of: but on your part is glorified.
