Thou through thy commandments^H4687 hast made me wiser^H2449H8762 than mine enemies^H341H8802: for they are ever^H5769 with me.

They are all plain^H5228 to him that understandeth^H995H8688, and right^H3477 to them that find^H4672H8802 knowledge^H1847.

Wherefore is there a price^H4242 in the hand^H3027 of a fool^H3684 to get^H7069H8800 wisdom^H2451, seeing he hath no heart^H3820 to it?

A fool^H3684 hath no delight^H2654H8799 in understanding^H8394, but that his heart^H3820 may discover^H1540H8692 itself.

Seest^H7200H8804 thou a man^H376 wise^H2450 in his own conceit^H5869? there is more hope^H8615 of a fool^H3684 than of him.

The wise^H2450 men are ashamed^H3001H8689, they are dismayed^H2865H8804 and taken^H3920H8735: lo, they have rejected^H3988H8804 the word^H1697 of the LORD^H3068; and what wisdom^H2451 is in them?

Let^G1818 no man^G3367 deceive^G1818G5720 himself^G1438. If any man^G1536 among^G1722 you^G5213 seemeth^G1380G5719 to be^G1511G5750 wise^G4680 in^G1722 this^G5129 world^G165, let him become^G1096G5634 a fool^G3474, that^G2443 he may be^G1096G5638 wise^G4680.

^G1161 If any^G1536 of you^G5216 lack^G3007G5743 wisdom^G4678, let him ask^G154G5720 of^G3844 God^G2316, that giveth^G1325G5723 to all^G3956 men liberally^G574, and^G2532 upbraideth^G3679G5723 not^G3361; and^G2532 it shall be given^G1325G5701 him^G846.
