And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with [them], and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

‹And ye are witnesses of these things.›

‹But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.›

This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.

¶ And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon's porch.

For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.
