¶ God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet.
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
¶ And above the firmament that [was] over their heads [was] the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne [was] the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.
¶ I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment [was] white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne [was like] the fiery flame, [and] his wheels [as] burning fire.
‹The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;›
¶ ‹When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:›
‹And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.›
‹And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.›
‹And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven,› [even] ‹the Son of man which is in heaven.›
The people answered him, We have heard out of the law that Christ abideth for ever: and how sayest thou, The Son of man must be lifted up? who is this Son of man?
Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set [him] at his own right hand in the heavenly [places],
Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom [be] honour and power everlasting. Amen.
For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, [which are] the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:
And in the midst of the seven candlesticks [one] like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.
And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud [one] sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
