And he said, O LORD God of my master Abraham, I pray thee, send me good speed this day, and shew kindness unto my master Abraham.

¶ Then went king David in, and sat before the LORD, and he said, Who [am] I, O Lord GOD? and what [is] my house, that thou hast brought me hitherto?

¶ O give thanks unto the LORD, for [he is] good: for his mercy [endureth] for ever.

Oh that [men] would praise the LORD [for] his goodness, and [for] his wonderful works to the children of men!

¶ I love the LORD, because he hath heard my voice [and] my supplications.

And he went down with them, and came to Nazareth, and was subject unto them: but his mother kept all these sayings in her heart.
