And he left all that he had in Joseph's hand; and he knew not ought he had, save the bread which he did eat. And Joseph was [a] goodly [person], and well favoured.

And he put them in ward in the house of the captain of the guard, into the prison, the place where Joseph [was] bound.

Wherefore the LORD God of Israel saith, I said indeed [that] thy house, and the house of thy father, should walk before me for ever: but now the LORD saith, Be it far from me; for them that honour me I will honour, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed.

But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
