Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.

‹And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.›

¶ ‹For› [the kingdom of heaven is] ‹as a man travelling into a far country,› [who] ‹called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.›

He said therefore, ‹A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.›

For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.

For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.

Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.

Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.

¶ ‹And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;›
