And [one] went in, and told his lord, saying, Thus and thus said the maid that [is] of the land of Israel.

¶ The writing of Hezekiah king of Judah, when he had been sick, and was recovered of his sickness:

Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of heaven, all whose works [are] truth, and his ways judgment: and those that walk in pride he is able to abase.

¶ Then Jonah prayed unto the LORD his God out of the fish's belly,

¶ Men, brethren, and fathers, hear ye my defence [which I make] now unto you.
