Then saith he unto his disciples, ‹The harvest truly› [is] ‹plenteous, but the labourers› [are] ‹few;›
Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, ‹The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:›
¶ ‹Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.›
¶ ‹But what think ye? A› [certain] ‹man had two sons; and he came to the first, and said, Son, go work to day in my vineyard.›
‹The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,›
¶ ‹Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.›
[For the Son of man is] ‹as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.›
¶ Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
