The LORD [is] merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, ‹Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.›

‹Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did› [it] ‹not to one of the least of these, ye did› [it] ‹not to me.›

And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.

But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you.

But he saith unto them, ‹It is I; be not afraid.›

¶ For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate [to be] conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
