I saw a dream that frightened me badly. The things I imagined while lying on my bed– these visions of my mind– were terrifying me.
Later Daniel entered(whose name is Belteshazzar after the name of my god, and in whom there is a spirit of the holy gods). I recounted the dream for him as well,
I have heard about you, how there is a spirit of the gods in you, and how you have insight, discernment, and extraordinary wisdom.
So when the crowds saw what Paul had done, they shouted in the Lycaonian language,“The gods have come down to us in human form!”
