By the blast of your nostrils the waters were piled up, the flowing water stood upright like a heap, and the deep waters were solidified in the heart of the sea.

They traveled from Pi-hahiroth, and passed through the middle of the sea into the wilderness, and went three days’ journey in the wilderness of Etham, and camped in Marah.

The priests carrying the ark of the covenant of the LORD stood firmly on dry ground in the middle of the Jordan. All Israel crossed over on dry ground until the entire nation was on the other side.

He took the cloak that had fallen off Elijah, hit the water with it, and said,“Where is the LORD, the God of Elijah?” When he hit the water, it divided and Elisha crossed over.

He turned the sea into dry land; they passed through the river on foot. Let us rejoice in him there!

He shouted at the Red Sea and it dried up; he led them through the deep water as if it were a desert.

and led Israel through its midst, for his loyal love endures,

There will be a highway leading out of Assyria for the remnant of his people, just as there was for Israel, when they went up from the land of Egypt.

who led them through the deep water? Like a horse running through the wilderness they did not stumble.

But I(the LORD says) will be a wall of fire surrounding Jerusalem and the source of glory in her midst.’”

By faith they crossed the Red Sea as if on dry ground, but when the Egyptians tried it, they were swallowed up.
