You will fall; while lying on the ground you will speak; from the dust where you lie, your words will be heard. Your voice will sound like a spirit speaking from the underworld; from the dust you will chirp as if muttering an incantation.

The one who suffers will soon be released; he will not die in prison, he will not go hungry.

The Lord Will Rejuvenate His People The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is upon me, because the LORD has chosen me. He has commissioned me to encourage the poor, to help the brokenhearted, to decree the release of captives, and the freeing of prisoners,

“Get out of Babylon, my people! Flee to save your lives from the fierce anger of the LORD!

“You there! Flee from the northland!” says the LORD,“for like the four winds of heaven I have scattered you,” says the LORD.

They will fall by the edge of the sword and be led away as captives among all nations. Jerusalem will be trampled down by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
