Moses said to the LORD,“See, you have been saying to me,‘Bring this people up,’ but you have not let me know whom you will send with me. But you said,‘I know you by name, and also you have found favor in my sight.’

For you are my hope; O Sovereign LORD, I have trusted in you since I was young.

Your eyes saw me when I was inside the womb. All the days ordained for me were recorded in your scroll before one of them came into existence.

But the one who will rescue them is strong. His name is the LORD of Heaven’s Armies. He will strongly champion their cause. As a result he will bring peace and rest to the earth, but trouble and turmoil to the people who inhabit Babylonia.
