Burnt Offering Regulations: Animal from the Herd“‘If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd he must present it as a flawless male; he must present it at the entrance of the Meeting Tent for its acceptance before the LORD.

the assembly must present a young bull for a sin offering when the sin they have committed becomes known. They must bring it before the Meeting Tent,

or when a person swears an oath, speaking thoughtlessly with his lips, whether to do evil or to do good, with regard to anything which the individual might speak thoughtlessly in an oath, even if he did not realize it, but he himself has later come to know it and is guilty with regard to one of these oaths–

You must also offer one male goat for a sin offering and two yearling lambs for a peace offering sacrifice,

one male goat for a purification offering;

one male goat for a purification offering;

And one male goat must be offered to the LORD as a purification offering, in addition to the continual burnt offering and its drink offering.

with one male goat for a purification offering to make an atonement for you;

along with one male goat for a purification offering, in addition to the continual burnt offering with its grain offering and its drink offering.

Then Shaphan the scribe told the king,“Hilkiah the priest has given me a scroll.” Shaphan read it out loud before the king.

“On the second day, you will offer a male goat without blemish for a sin offering. They will purify the altar just as they purified it with the bull.
