One said to the man clothed in linen who was above the waters of the river,“When will the end of these wondrous events occur?”

Signs of the End of the Age As he was sitting on the Mount of Olives, his disciples came to him privately and said,“Tell us, when will these things happen? And what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”

Signs of the End of the Age So while he was sitting on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter, James, John, and Andrew asked him privately,

The Desolation of Jerusalem“But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation has come near.

I tell you the truth, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place.

So when they had gathered together, they began to ask him,“Lord, is this the time when you are restoring the kingdom to Israel?”
