And she said, The Philistines are upon thee, Samson. And he awoke out of his sleep, and said, I will go out as at other times, and shake myself free. But he knew not that Jehovah was departed from him.

So I let them go after the stubbornness of their heart, That they might walk in their own counsels.

For the lips of a strange woman drop honey, And her mouth is smoother than oil:

That they may keep thee from the strange woman, From the foreigner that flattereth with her words.

And I find more bitter than death the woman whose heart is snares and nets, [and] whose hands are bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be taken by her. [
