And Saul^H7586 was very^H3966 wroth,^H2734 and this saying^H1697 displeased^H3415 him; and he said,^H559 They have ascribed^H5414 unto David^H1732 ten thousands,^H7233 and to me they have ascribed^H5414 but thousands:^H505 and what can he have more but the kingdom?^H4410

Blessed^H835 is the man^H120 unto whom Jehovah^H3068 imputeth^H2803 not iniquity,^H5771 And in whose spirit^H7307 there is no guile.^H7423

[ A Psalm of David.] Fret^H2734 not thyself because of evil-doers,^H7489 Neither be thou envious^H7065 against them that work^H6213 unrighteousness.^H5766

Envy^H7065 thou not the man of violence,^H376 And choose^H977 none of his ways.^H1870

Be not thou envious^H7065 against evil^H7451 men;^H582 Neither desire^H183 to be with them:

In that day^H3117 men^H120 shall cast^H7993 away their idols^H457 of silver,^H3701 and their idols^H457 of gold,^H2091 which have been made for them^H6213 to worship,^H7812 to the moles^H2661 and to the bats;^H5847

Cast away^H7993 from you all your transgressions,^H6588 wherein ye have transgressed;^H6586 and make^H6213 you a new^H2319 heart^H3820 and a new^H2319 spirit:^H7307 for why will ye die,^H4191 O house^H1004 of Israel?^H3478

Ye hypocrites,^G5273 well^G2573 did^G4395 Isaiah^G2268 prophesy^G4395 of^G4012 you,^G5216 saying,^G3004

and^G2532 shall cut^G1371 him^G846 asunder,^G1371 and^G2532 appoint^G5087 his^G846 portion^G3313 with^G3326 the hypocrites:^G5273 there^G1563 shall be^G2071 the weeping^G2805 and^G2532 the gnashing^G1030 of teeth.^G3599

Or^G2228 how^G4459 canst^G1410 thou say^G3004 to^G80 thy^G4675 brother,^G80 Brother,^G80 let me^G863 cast out^G1544 the mote^G2595 that is in^G1722 thine^G4675 eye,^G3788 when thou^G991 thyself^G846 beholdest^G991 not^G3756 the beam^G1385 that is in^G1722 thine own^G4675 eye?^G3788 Thou hypocrite,^G5273 cast out^G1544 first^G4412 the beam^G1385 out of^G1537 thine own^G4675 eye,^G3788 and^G2532 then^G5119 shalt thou see clearly^G1227 to cast out^G1544 the mote^G2595 that is in^G1722 thy^G4675 brother's^G80 eye.^G3788

In^G1722 the mean time,^G3739 when the many^G3793 thousands of the multitude^G3461 were gathered together,^G1996 insomuch that^G5620 they trod^G2662 one upon another,^G240 he began^G756 to say^G3004 unto^G4314 his^G846 disciples^G3101 first of all,^G4412 Beware^G4337 ye^G1438 of^G575 the leaven^G2219 of the Pharisees,^G5330 which^G3748 is^G2076 hypocrisy.^G5272

being filled with^G4137 all^G3956 unrighteousness,^{G93 G4202} wickedness,^G4189 covetousness,^G4124 maliciousness;^G2549 full^G3324 of envy,^G5355 murder,^G5408 strife,^G2054 deceit,^G1388 malignity;^G2550 whisperers,^G5588

I fed^G4222 you^G5209 with milk,^{G1051 G2532} not^G3756 with meat;^G1033 for^{G1063 G3768} ye were not yet able^G1410 [to bear it]:^G235 nay,^G3777 not even^G2089 now^G3568 are ye able;^G1410

Brethren,^G80 be^G1096 not^G3361 children^G3813 in mind:^G5424 yet^G235 in malice^G2549 be ye babes,^G3515 but^G1161 in mind^G5424 be^G1096 men.^G5046

envyings,^{G5355 G5408} drunkenness,^G3178 revellings,^G2970 and^G2532 such^G5125 like;^G3664 of which^G3739 I forewarn^G4302 you,^G5213 even^G4302 as^G2531 I did^{G4277 G2532} forewarn^G4277 you, that^G3754 they who^G3588 practise^G4238 such things^G5108 shall^G2816 not^G3756 inherit^G2816 the kingdom^G932 of God.^G2316

Let^G142 all^G3956 bitterness,^G4088 and^G2532 wrath,^G2372 and^G2532 anger,^G3709 and^G2532 clamor,^G2906 and^G2532 railing,^G988 be put away^G142 from^G575 you,^G5216 with^G4862 all^G3956 malice:^G2549

For^G1063 our^G2257 exhortation^G3874 [is] not^G3756 of^G1537 error,^G4106 nor^G3761 of^G1537 uncleanness,^G167 nor^G3777 in^G1722 guile:^G1388

that^G3361 aged women^G4247 likewise^G5615 be reverent^G2412 in^G1722 demeanor,^G2688 not^G3361 slanderers^G1228 nor^G3361 enslaved^G1402 to much^G4183 wine,^G3631 teachers of that which is good;^G2567

Therefore^G5105 let^G659 us^G2249 also,^G2532 seeing we^G2254 are^G2192 compassed about^G4029 with so great^G5118 a cloud^G3509 of witnesses,^G3144 lay aside^G659 every^G3956 weight,^G3591 and^G2532 the sin^G266 which doth so easily beset^G2139 us, and let us run^G5143 with^G1223 patience^G5281 the race^G73 that is set before^G4295 us,^G2254

But^G1161 if^G1487 ye have^G2192 bitter^G4089 jealousy^G2205 and^G2532 faction^G2052 in^G1722 your^G5216 heart,^G2588 glory^G2620 not^G3361 and^G2532 lie^G5574 not against^G2596 the truth.^G225

Or think^G1380 ye that^G3754 the scripture^G1124 speaketh^G3004 in vain?^G2761 Doth the spirit^G4151 which^G2730 he made to^G4314 dwell^G2730 in^G1722 us^G2254 long^G1971 unto^G4314 envying?^G5355

Murmur^G4727 not,^G3361 brethren,^G80 one against^G2596 another,^G240 that ye be not^G3361 judged:^G4253 behold,^G2400 the judge^G4253 standeth^G2476 before^G3588 the doors.^G2476

as^G5613 free,^G1658 and^G2532 not^G3361 using^G2192 your freedom^G1657 for^G5613 a cloak^G1942 of wickedness,^G2549 but^G235 as^G5613 bondservants^G1401 of God.^G2316

For,^G1063 He that would^G2309 love^G25 life,^G2222 And^G2532 see^G1492 good^G18 days,^G2250 Let him refrain^G3973 his^G846 tongue^G1100 from^G575 evil,^G2556 And^G2532 his^G846 lips^G5491 that they speak^G2980 no^G3361 guile:^G1388

wherein^{G1722 G3739} they think it strange^G3579 that ye^G5216 run^G4936 not^G3361 with^G1519 [them] into^G1519 the same^G846 excess^G401 of riot,^G810 speaking evil^G987 of [you]:
