and [lest] thou say^H559 in thy heart,^H3824 My power^H3581 and the might^H6108 of my hand^H3027 hath gotten^H6213 me this wealth.^H2428

And again^H3254 the anger^H639 of Jehovah^H3068 was kindled^H2734 against Israel,^H3478 and he moved^H5496 David^H1732 against them, saying,^H559 Go,^H3212 number^H4487 Israel^H3478 and Judah.^H3063

Thou hast indeed^H5221 smitten^H5221 Edom,^H123 and thy heart^H3820 hath lifted thee up:^H5375 glory^H3513 thereof, and abide^H3427 at home;^H1004 for why shouldest thou meddle^H1624 to [thy] hurt,^H7451 that thou shouldest fall,^H5307 even thou, and Judah^H3063 with thee?

And Hezekiah^H2396 hearkened^H8085 unto them, and showed^H7200 them all the house^H1004 of his precious things,^H5238 the silver,^H3701 and the gold,^H2091 and the spices,^H1314 and the precious^H2896 oil,^H8081 and the house^H1004 of his armor,^H3627 and all that was found^H4672 in his treasures:^H214 there was nothing^H1697 in his house,^H1004 nor in all his dominion,^H4475 that Hezekiah^H2396 showed^H7200 them not.

either three^H7969 years^H8141 of famine;^H7458 or three^H7969 months^H2320 to be consumed^H5595 before^H6440 thy foes,^H6862 while the sword^H2719 of thine enemies^H341 overtaketh^H5381 thee; or^H518 else three^H7969 days^H3117 the sword^H2719 of Jehovah,^H3068 even pestilence^H1698 in the land,^H776 and the angel^H4397 of Jehovah^H3068 destroying^H7843 throughout all the borders^H1366 of Israel.^H3478 Now therefore consider^H7200 what answer^H1697 I shall return^H7725 to him that sent^H7971 me.

And they forsook^H5800 the house^H1004 of Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of their fathers,^H1 and served^H5647 the Asherim^H842 and the idols:^H6091 and wrath^H7110 came upon Judah^H3063 and Jerusalem^H3389 for this their guiltiness.^H819

But when he was strong,^H2393 his heart^H3820 was lifted up,^H1361 so that he did corruptly,^H7843 and he trespassed^H4603 against Jehovah^H3068 his God;^H430 for he went^H935 into the temple^H1964 of Jehovah^H3068 to burn incense^H6999 upon the altar^H4196 of incense.^H6999

What shall I render^H7725 unto Jehovah^H3068 For all his benefits^H8408 toward me?

Son^H1121 of man,^H120 say^H559 unto the prince^H5057 of Tyre,^H6865 Thus says^H559 the Lord^H136 Jehovah:^H3069 Because your heart^H3820 is lifted up,^H1361 and you have said,^H559 I am a god,^H410 I sit^H3427 in the seat^H4186 of God,^H430 in the midst^H3820 of the seas;^H3220 yet you are man,^H120 and not God,^H410 though you did set^H5414 your heart^H3820 as the heart^H3820 of God;—^H430

Your heart^H3820 was lifted up^H1361 because of your beauty;^H3308 you have corrupted^H7843 your wisdom^H2451 by reason of^H5921 your brightness:^H3314 I have cast^H7993 you to the ground;^H776 I have laid^H5414 you before^H6440 kings,^H4428 that they may behold^H7200 you.

but hast lifted up^H7313 thyself against^H5922 the Lord^H4756 of heaven;^H8065 and they have brought^H858 the vessels^H3984 of his house^H1005 before^H6925 thee, and thou^H607 and thy lords,^H7261 thy wives^H7695 and thy concubines,^H3904 have drunk^H8355 wine^H2562 from them; and thou hast praised^H7624 the gods^H426 of silver^H3702 and gold,^H1722 of brass,^H5174 iron,^H6523 wood,^H636 and stone,^H69 which see^H2370 not,^H3809 nor^H3809 hear,^H8086 nor^H3809 know;^H3046 and the God^H426 in whose hand^H3028 thy breath^H5396 is, and whose are all^H3606 thy ways,^H735 hast thou not^H3809 glorified.^H1922

Take^H3947 with you words,^H1697 and return^H7725 unto Jehovah:^H3068 say^H559 unto him, Take away^H5375 all iniquity,^H5771 and accept^H3947 that which is good:^H2896 so will we render^H7999 [as] bullocks^H6499 [the offering of] our lips.^H8193

And^G1161 Jesus^G2424 answering^G611 said,^G2036 Were not^G3780 the^G2511 ten^G1176 cleansed?^G2511 but^G1161 where^G4226 are the nine?^G1767

not^G3361 a novice,^G3504 lest^G3361 being puffed^G5187 up he fall^G1706 into^G1519 the condemnation^G2917 of the devil.^G1228
