TSK · 2 Chronicles 32:8

And the people^H5971 believed:^H539 and when they heard^H8085 that Jehovah^H3068 had visited^H6485 the children^H1121 of Israel,^H3478 and that he had seen^H7200 their affliction,^H6040 then they bowed their heads^H6915 and worshipped.^H7812

and shall say^H559 unto them, Hear,^H8085 O Israel,^H3478 ye draw nigh^H7131 this day^H3117 unto battle^H4421 against your enemies:^H341 let not your heart^H3824 faint;^H7401 fear^H3372 not, nor tremble,^H2648 neither be ye affrighted^H6206 at them;^H6440

And all these kings^H4428 and their land^H776 did Joshua^H3091 take^H3920 at one^H259 time,^H6471 because Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of Israel,^H3478 fought^H3898 for Israel.^H3478

And, behold, God^H430 is with us at our head,^H7218 and his priests^H3548 with the trumpets^H2689 of alarm^H7321 to sound an alarm^H7321 against you. O children^H1121 of Israel,^H3478 fight^H3898 ye not against Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of your fathers;^H1 for ye shall not prosper.^H6743

And Asa^H609 cried^H7121 unto Jehovah^H3068 his God,^H430 and said,^H559 Jehovah,^H3068 there is none besides thee to help,^H5826 between^H996 the mighty^H7227 and him that hath no strength:^H3581 help^H5826 us, O Jehovah^H3068 our God;^H430 for we rely^H8172 on thee, and in thy name^H8034 are we come^H935 against this multitude.^H1995 O Jehovah,^H3068 thou art our God;^H430 let not man^H582 prevail^H6113 against thee.

Ye shall not need to fight^H3898 in this^H2063 [battle]: set^H3320 yourselves, stand^H5975 ye still, and see^H7200 the salvation^H3444 of Jehovah^H3068 with you, O Judah^H3063 and Jerusalem;^H3389 fear^H3372 not, nor be dismayed:^H2865 to-morrow^H4279 go out^H3318 against^H6440 them: for Jehovah^H3068 is with you.

Now therefore let not^H3808 Hezekiah^H2396 deceive^H5377 you, nor persuade^H5496 you after this manner, neither believe^H539 ye him; for no god^H433 of any nation^H1471 or kingdom^H4467 was able^H3201 to deliver^H5337 his people^H5971 out of my hand,^H3027 and out of the hand^H3027 of my fathers:^H1 how much less shall your God^H430 deliver^H5337 you out of my hand?^H3027

Jehovah^H3068 of hosts^H6635 is with us; The God^H430 of Jacob^H3290 is our refuge.^{H4869 H5542}

Heaviness^H1674 in the heart^H3820 of a man^H376 maketh it stoop;^H7812 But a good^H2896 word^H1697 maketh it glad.^H8055

And every stroke^H3605 of the appointed^H4145 staff,^H4294 which Jehovah^H3068 shall^H4569 lay^H5117 upon him, shall be with [the sound of] tabrets^H8596 and harps;^H3658 and in battles^H4421 with the brandishing^H8573 [of his arm] will he fight^H3898 with them.

Beware lest Hezekiah^H2396 persuade^H5496 you, saying,^H559 Jehovah^H3068 will deliver^H5337 us. Hath any^H376 of the gods^H430 of the nations^H1471 delivered^H5337 his land^H776 out of the hand^H3027 of the king^H4428 of Assyria?^H804

Thus saith^H559 Jehovah:^H3068 Cursed^H779 is the man^H1397 that trusteth^H982 in man,^H120 and maketh^H7760 flesh^H1320 his arm,^H2220 and whose heart^H3820 departeth^H5493 from Jehovah.^H3068

But^G1161 the Lord^G2962 stood^G3936 by me,^G3427 and^G2532 strengthened^G1743 me;^G3165 that^G2443 through^G1223 me^G1700 the message^G2782 might me fully proclaimed,^G4135 and^G2532 that all^G3956 the Gentiles^G1484 might hear:^G191 and^G2532 I was delivered^G4506 out of^G1537 the mouth^G4750 of the lion.^G3023

Ye^G5210 are^G2075 of^G1537 God,^G2316 [my] little children,^G5040 and^G2532 have overcome^G3528 them:^G846 because^G3754 greater^G3187 is he^G2076 that^G3588 is in^G1722 you^G5213 than^G2228 he that^G3588 is in^G1722 the world.^G2889
