TSK · 2 Peter 2:1

If there arise^H6965 in the middle^H7130 of you a prophet,^H5030 or a dreamer^H2492 of dreams,^H2472 and he give^H5414 you a sign^H226 or a wonder,^H4159

Now therefore send,^H7971 and gather^H6908 to me all Israel^H3478 unto mount^H2022 Carmel,^H3760 and the prophets^H5030 of Baal^H1168 four^H702 hundred^H3967 and fifty,^H2572 and the prophets^H5030 of the Asherah^H842 four^H702 hundred,^H3967 that eat^H398 at Jezebel's^H348 table.^H7979

And I discerned,^H5234 and, lo, God^H430 had not sent^H7971 him; but he pronounced^H1696 this prophecy^H5016 against me: and Tobiah^H2900 and Sanballat^H5571 had hired^H7936 him.

His watchmen^H6822 are blind,^H5787 they are all without knowledge;^H3045 they are all dumb^H483 dogs,^H3611 they cannot^H3201 bark;^H5024 dreaming,^H1957 lying down,^H7901 loving^H157 to slumber.^H5123

Thus saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts,^H6635 Hearken^H8085 not unto the words^H1697 of the prophets^H5030 that prophesy^H5012 unto you: they teach you vanity;^H1891 they speak^H1696 a vision^H2377 of their own heart,^H3820 and not out of the mouth^H6310 of Jehovah.^H3068

And hearken^H8085 not unto the words^H1697 of the prophets^H5030 that speak^H559 unto you, saying,^H559 Ye shall not serve^H5647 the king^H4428 of Babylon;^H894 for they prophesy^H5012 a lie^H8267 unto you.

For thus saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts,^H6635 the God^H430 of Israel:^H3478 Let not your prophets^H5030 that are in the midst^H7130 of you, and your diviners,^H7080 deceive^H5377 you; neither hearken^H8085 ye to your dreams^H2472 which ye cause to be dreamed.^H2492

Where now^H346 are your prophets^H5030 that prophesied^H5012 unto you, saying,^H559 The king^H4428 of Babylon^H894 shall not come^H935 against you, nor against this land?^H776

Thus saith^H559 the Lord^H136 Jehovah,^H3069 Woe^H1945 unto the foolish^H5036 prophets,^H5030 that follow^H1980 their own spirit,^H7307 and have seen^H7200 nothing!

If^H3863 a man^H376 walking^H1980 in a spirit^H7307 of falsehood^H8267 do lie,^H3576 [saying], I will prophesy^H5197 unto thee of wine^H3196 and of strong drink;^H7941 he shall even be the prophet^H5197 of this people.^H5971

The heads^H7218 thereof judge^H8199 for reward,^H7810 and the priests^H3548 thereof teach^H3384 for hire,^H4242 and the prophets^H5030 thereof divine^H7080 for money:^H3701 yet they lean^H8172 upon Jehovah,^H3068 and say,^H559 Is not Jehovah^H3068 in the midst^H7130 of us? no evil^H7451 shall come^H935 upon us.

And I will come near^H7126 to you to judgment;^H4941 and I will be a swift^H4116 witness^H5707 against the sorcerers,^H3784 and against the adulterers,^H5003 and against the false^H8267 swearers,^H7650 and against those that oppress^H6231 the hireling^H7916 in his wages,^H7939 the widow,^H490 and the fatherless,^H3490 and that turn aside^H5186 the sojourner^H1616 [from his right], and fear^H3372 not me, saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts.^H6635

But^G1161 whosoever^G3748 shall deny^G720 me^G3165 before^G1715 men,^G444 him^G846 will^G720 I also^G2504 deny^G720 before^G1715 my^G3450 Father^G3962 who is^G3588 in^G1722 heaven.^G3772

And^G2532 many^G4183 false prophets^G5578 shall arise,^G1453 and^G2532 shall lead many^G4183 astray.^G4105

for^G1063 there shall arise^G1453 false Christs^G5580 and^G2532 false prophets,^G5578 and^G2532 shall show^G1325 signs^G4592 and^G2532 wonders,^G5059 that^G4314 they may lead astray,^G635 if^G1487 possible,^G1415 the^G2532 elect.^G1588

but^G1161 he that denieth^G720 me^G3165 in the presence^G1799 of men^G444 shall be denied^G533 in the presence^G1799 of the angels^G32 of God.^G2316

The God^G2316 of Abraham,^G11 and^G2532 of Isaac,^G2464 and^G2532 of Jacob,^G2384 the God^G2316 of our^G2257 fathers,^G3962 hath glorified^G1392 his^G846 Servant^G3816 Jesus;^G2424 whom^G3739 ye^G5210 delivered up,^G3860 and^G2532 denied^{G720 G846} before^G2596 the face^G4383 of Pilate,^G4091 when^G2919 he^G1565 had determined^G2919 to release^G630 him.

For^G1063 they that are such^G5108 serve^G1398 not^G3756 our^G2257 Lord^{G2962 G2424} Christ,^G5547 but^G235 their own^G1438 belly;^G2836 and^G2532 by^G1223 their smooth^G5542 and^G2532 fair speech^G2129 they beguile^G1818 the hearts^G2588 of the innocent.^G172

Ye^G1096 were bought^G59 with a price;^G5092 become^G1096 not^G3361 bondservants^G1401 of men.^G444

For^G1063 such^G5108 men are false apostles,^G5570 deceitful^G1386 workers,^G2040 fashioning^G3345 themselves into^G1519 apostles^G652 of Christ.^G5547

Christ^G5547 redeemed^G1805 us^G2248 from^G1537 the curse^G2671 of the law,^G3551 having become^G1096 a curse^G2671 for^G5228 us;^G2257 for^G1063 it is written,^G1125 Cursed^G1944 is every one^G3956 that^G3588 hangeth^G2910 on^G1909 a tree:^G3586

idolatry,^G1495 sorcery,^G5331 enmities,^G2189 strife,^G2052 jealousies,^G2205 wraths,^G2372 factions,^G2052 divisions,^G1370 parties,^G139

that^G2443 we^G5600 may be^G5600 no longer^G3371 children,^G3516 tossed to and fro^G2831 and^G2532 carried about^G4064 with every^G3956 wind^G417 of doctrine,^G1319 by^G1722 the sleight^G2940 of men,^G444 in^G1722 craftiness,^{G3834 G3588} after^G4314 the wiles^G3180 of error;^G4106

Take heed^G991 lest^G3361 there shall be any one^G5100 that maketh spoil^G4812 of you^G5209 through^G1223 his philosophy^G5385 and^G2532 vain^G2756 deceit,^G539 after^G2596 the tradition^G3862 of men,^G444 after^G2596 the rudiments^G4747 of the world,^G2889 and^G2532 not^G3756 after^G2596 Christ:^G5547

let^G1818 no^G3361 man^G5100 beguile^G1818 you^G5209 in^G2596 any^G3367 wise:^G5158 for^G3754 [it will not be,] except^G1437 the falling away^G646 come^G2064 first,^G4412 and^G2532 the man^G444 of sin^G266 be revealed,^G601 the son^G5207 of perdition,^G3361

if^G1487 we endure,^G5278 we shall^G4821 also^G2532 reign with^G4821 him: if^G1487 we shall deny^G720 him, he also^G2548 will deny^G720 us:^G2248

For^G1063 the time^G2540 will come^G2071 when^G3753 they will^G430 not^G3756 endure^G430 the sound^G5198 doctrine;^G1319 but,^G235 having itching^G2833 ears,^G189 will heap^G2002 to themselves^G1438 teachers^G1320 after^G2596 their own^G2398 lusts;^G1939

A factious^G141 man^G444 after^G3326 a first^G1520 and^G2532 second^G1208 admonition^G3559 refuse;^G3868

whom^G3739 not^G3756 having^G1492 seen^G1492 ye love;^G25 on^G1519 whom,^G3739 though now^G737 ye see^G3708 him not,^G3361 yet^G1161 believing,^G4100 ye rejoice^G21 greatly with joy^G5479 unspeakable^G412 and^G2532 full of glory:^G1392

Little children,^G3813 it is^G2076 the^G5610 last^G2078 hour:^G5610 and^G2532 as^G2531 ye heard^G191 that^G3754 antichrist^G500 cometh,^G2064 even^G2532 now^G3568 have there^G1096 arisen many^G4183 antichrists;^G500 whereby^G3606 we know^G1097 that^G3754 it is^G2076 the^G5610 last^G2078 hour.^G5610

Beloved,^G27 believe^G4100 not^G3361 every^G3956 spirit,^G4151 but^G235 prove^G1381 the spirits,^G4151 whether^G1487 they are^G2076 of^G1537 God;^G2316 because^G3754 many^G4183 false prophets^G5578 are gone out^G1831 into^G1519 the world.^G2889

That^G3754 they said^G3004 to you,^G5213 In^G1722 the^G5550 last^G2078 time^G5550 there shall be^G2071 mockers,^G1703 walking^G4198 after^G2596 their own^G1438 ungodly^G763 lusts.^G3754

I know^G1492 where^G4226 thou dwellest,^G2730 [even] where^G3699 Satan's^G4567 throne^G2362 is; and^G2532 thou holdest fast^G2902 my^G3450 name,^G3686 and^G2532 didst^G720 not^G3756 deny^G720 my^G3450 faith,^G4102 even^G2532 in^G1722 the days^{G2250 G1722} of^G3739 Antipas^G493 my^G3450 witness,^G3144 my^G3450 faithful^G4103 one, who^G3739 was killed^G615 among^G3844 you,^G5213 where^G3699 Satan^G4567 dwelleth.^G2730

And^G2532 they sing^G103 a new^G2537 song,^G5603 saying,^G3004 Worthy^G514 art^G1488 thou to take^G2983 the book,^G975 and^G2532 to open^G455 the seals^G4973 thereof:^G846 for^G3754 thou was slain,^G4969 and^G2532 didst purchase^G59 unto God^G2316 with^G1722 thy^G4675 blood^G129 [men]^G2248 of^G1537 every^G3956 tribe,^G5443 and^G2532 tongue,^G1100 and^G2532 people,^G2992 and^G2532 nation,^G1484
