Then Samuel^H8050 took^H3947 the vial^H6378 of oil,^H8081 and poured^H3332 it upon his head,^H7218 and kissed^H5401 him, and said,^H559 Is it not that Jehovah^H3068 hath anointed^H4886 thee to be prince^H5057 over his inheritance?^H5159

In times past,^H865 when Saul^H7586 was king^H4428 over us, it was thou that leddest out^H3318 and broughtest in^H935 Israel:^H3478 and Jehovah^H3068 said^H559 to thee, Thou shalt be shepherd^H7462 of my people^H5971 Israel,^H3478 and thou shalt be prince^H5057 over Israel.^H3478

And Nathan^H5416 said^H559 to David,^H1732 Thou art the man.^H376 Thus saith^H559 Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of Israel,^H3478 I anointed^H4886 thee king^H4428 over Israel,^H3478 and I delivered^H5337 thee out of the hand^H3027 of Saul;^H7586

Now therefore thus shalt thou say^H559 unto my servant^H5650 David,^H1732 Thus saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts,^H6635 I took^H3947 thee from the sheepcote,^H5116 from following^H310 the sheep,^H6629 that thou shouldest be prince^H5057 over my people^H5971 Israel:^H3478

and Jehovah^H3068 took^H3947 me from following^H310 the flock,^H6629 and Jehovah^H3068 said^H559 unto me, Go,^H3212 prophesy^H5012 unto my people^H5971 Israel.^H3478
