Hear^H8085 the word^H1697 of Jehovah,^H3068 ye that tremble^H2730 at his word:^H1697 Your brethren^H251 that hate^H8130 you, that cast you out^H5077 for my name's^H8034 sake, have said,^H559 Let Jehovah^H3068 be glorified,^H3513 that we may see^H7200 your joy;^H8057 but it is they that shall be put to shame.^H954

But^G1161 when^G3752 they persecute^G1377 you^G5209 in^G1722 this^G3778 city,^G4172 flee into^G1519 the next:^G243 for^G1063 verily^G281 I say^G3004 unto you,^G5213 Ye shall^G5055 not^G3756 have gone through^G5055 the cities^G4172 of Israel,^G2474 till^G2193 the Son^G5207 of man^G444 be come.^G2064

Now^G1161 there were^G2258 dwelling^G2730 at^G1722 Jerusalem^G2419 Jews,^G2453 devout^G2126 men,^G435 from^G575 every^G3956 nation^G1484 under^G5259 heaven.^G3772

But^G1161 when^G5613 the Jews^G2453 of^G575 Thessalonica^G2332 had knowledge^G1097 that^G3754 the word^G3056 of God^G2316 was proclaimed^G2605 of^G5259 Paul^G3972 at^G1722 Beroea^G960 also,^G2546 they came^G2064 thither likewise,^G2532 stirring up^G4531 and troubling the multitudes.^G3793

Hearken,^G191 my^G3450 beloved^G27 brethren;^G80 did^G1586 not^G3756 God^G2316 choose^G1586 them that are poor^G4434 as to the^G5127 world^G2889 [to be] rich^G4145 in^G1722 faith,^G4102 and^G2532 heirs^G2818 of the kingdom^G932 which^G3739 he promised^G1861 to them that^G3588 love^G25 him?^G846
