And as for you, ye meant^H2803 evil^H7451 against me; but God^H430 meant it^H2803 for good,^H2896 to^H4616 bring to pass,^H6213 as it is this day,^H3117 to save^H2421 much^H7227 people^H5971 alive.^H2421

Jehovah^H3068 of hosts^H6635 hath sworn,^H7650 saying,^H559 Surely, as I have thought,^H1819 so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed,^H3289 so shall it stand:^H6965

Declare^H5046 ye in Judah,^H3063 and publish^H8085 in Jerusalem;^H3389 and say,^H559 Blow^H8628 ye the trumpet^H7782 in the land:^H776 cry^H7121 aloud^H4390 and say,^H559 Assemble^H622 yourselves, and let us go^H935 into the fortified^H4013 cities.^H5892

Fear^H3372 ye not me? saith^H5002 Jehovah:^H3068 will ye not tremble^H2342 at my presence,^H6440 who have placed^H7760 the sand^H2344 for the bound^H1366 of the sea,^H3220 by a perpetual^H5769 decree,^H2706 that it cannot pass^H5674 it? and though the waves^H1530 thereof toss^H1607 themselves, yet can they not prevail;^H3201 though they roar,^H1993 yet can they not pass over^H5674 it.

Who should not fear^H3372 thee, O King^H4428 of the nations?^H1471 for to thee doth it appertain;^H2969 forasmuch as among all the wise^H2450 men of the nations,^H1471 and in all their royal estate,^H4438 there is none like unto thee.
