And I am this day^H3117 weak,^H7390 though anointed^H4886 king;^H4428 and these men^H582 the sons^H1121 of Zeruiah^H6870 are too hard^H7186 for me: Jehovah^H3068 reward^H7999 the evil-doer^H6213 according to his wickedness.^H6213

But the salvation^H8668 of the righteous^H6662 is of Jehovah;^H3068 He is their stronghold^H4581 in the time^H6256 of trouble.^H6869

It is better^H2896 to take refuge^H2620 in Jehovah^H3068 Than to put confidence^H982 in man.^H120

When thou passest through^H5674 the waters,^H4325 I will be with thee; and through the rivers,^H5104 they shall not overflow^H7857 thee: when thou walkest^H3212 through^H1119 the fire,^H784 thou shalt not be burned,^H3554 neither shall the flame^H3852 kindle^H1197 upon thee.

And Zedekiah^H6667 the king^H4428 said,^H559 Behold, he is in your hand;^H3027 for the king^H4428 is not he that can^H3201 do anything^H1697 against you.

But I will deliver^H5337 thee in that day,^H3117 saith^H5002 Jehovah;^H3068 and thou shalt not be given^H5414 into the hand^H3027 of the men^H582 of whom^H6440 thou art afraid.^H3016

If^H2006 it be [so], our God^H426 whom we^H586 serve^H6399 is^H383 able^H3202 to deliver^H7804 us from^H4481 the burning^H3345 fiery^H5135 furnace;^H861 and^H4481 he will deliver^H7804 us out of^H4481 thy hand,^H3028 O king.^H4430

All^H3606 the presidents^H5632 of the kingdom,^H4437 the deputies^H5460 and the satraps,^H324 the counsellors^H1907 and the governors,^H6347 have consulted together^H3272 to establish^H6966 a royal^H4430 statute,^H7010 and to make a strong^H8631 interdict,^H633 that whosoever shall ask^H1156 a petition^H1159 of^H4481 any^H3606 god^H426 or man^H606 for^H5705 thirty^H8533 days,^H3118 save^H3861 of thee,^H4481 O king,^H4430 he shall be cast^H7412 into the den^H1358 of lions.^H744
