yet if they shall bethink^H7725 themselves in the land^H776 whither they are carried captive,^H7617 and turn^H7725 again, and make supplication^H2603 unto thee in the land^H776 of them that carried them captive,^H7617 saying,^H559 We have sinned,^H2398 and have done perversely,^H5753 we have dealt wickedly;^H7561

because they have done^H6213 that which is evil^H7451 in my sight,^H5869 and have provoked^H4480 me to anger,^H3707 since the day^H3117 their fathers^H1 came forth^H3318 out of Egypt,^H4714 even unto this day.^H3117

and I said,^H559 O my God,^H430 I am ashamed^H954 and blush^H3637 to lift up^H7311 my face^H6440 to you, my God;^H430 for our iniquities^H5771 are increased^H7235 over^H4605 our head,^H7218 and our guiltiness^H819 is grown up^H1431 unto the heavens.^H8064

Howbeit thou art just^H6662 in all that is come^H935 upon us; for thou hast dealt^H6213 truly, but we have done^H6213 wickedly;^H7561

We have sinned^H2398 with our fathers,^H1 We have committed iniquity,^H5753 we have done wickedly.^H7561

All we like sheep^H6629 have gone astray;^H8582 we have turned^H6437 every one^H376 to his own way;^H1870 and Jehovah^H3068 hath laid^H6293 on him the iniquity^H5771 of us all.

For from of old^H5769 men have not heard,^H8085 nor perceived by the ear,^H238 neither hath the eye^H5869 seen^H7200 a God^H430 besides^H2108 thee, who worketh^H6213 for him that waiteth^H2442 for him.

Let us lie down^H7901 in our shame,^H1322 and let our confusion^H3639 cover^H3680 us; for we have sinned^H2398 against Jehovah^H3068 our God,^H430 we and our fathers,^H1 from our youth^H5271 even unto this day;^H3117 and we have not obeyed^H8085 the voice^H6963 of Jehovah^H3068 our God.^H430

We acknowledge,^H3045 O Jehovah,^H3068 our wickedness,^H7562 and the iniquity^H5771 of our fathers;^H1 for we have sinned^H2398 against thee.

Behold,^H7200 O Jehovah;^H3068 for I am in distress;^H6887 my heart^H4578 is troubled;^H2560 My heart^H3820 is turned^H2015 within^H7130 me; for I have grievously^H4784 rebelled:^H4784 Abroad^H2351 the sword^H2719 bereaveth,^H7921 at home^H1004 there is as death.^H4194

And she hath rebelled^H4784 against mine ordinances^H4941 in doing wickedness^H7564 more than the nations,^H1471 and against my statutes^H2708 more than the countries^H776 that are round about^H5439 her; for they have rejected^H3988 mine ordinances,^H4941 and as for my statutes,^H2708 they have not walked^H1980 in them.

Yea, all Israel^H3478 have transgressed^H5674 thy law,^H8451 even turning aside,^H5493 that they should not obey^H8085 thy voice:^H6963 therefore hath the curse^H423 been poured^H5413 out upon us, and the oath^H7621 that is written^H3789 in the law^H8451 of Moses^H4872 the servant^H5650 of God;^H430 for we have sinned^H2398 against him.

When Jehovah^H3068 spake^H559 at the first^H8462 by Hosea,^H1954 Jehovah^H3068 said^H559 unto Hosea,^H1954 Go,^H3212 take^H3947 unto thee a wife^H802 of whoredom^H2183 and children^H3206 of whoredom;^H2181 for the land^H776 doth commit great^H2181 whoredom,^H2181 [departing] from^H310 Jehovah.^H3068

Take heed,^G991 brethren,^G80 lest^G3379 haply there shall be^G2071 in^G1722 any^G5100 one of you^G5216 an^G2588 evil^G4190 heart^G2588 of unbelief,^G570 in^G1722 falling away^G868 from^G575 the living^G2198 God:^G2316
