TSK · Deuteronomy 7:2

He that sacrificeth^H2076 unto any god,^H430 save^H1115 unto Jehovah^H3068 only, shall be utterly destroyed.^H2763

Take heed^H8104 to thyself, lest thou make^H3772 a covenant^H1285 with the inhabitants^H3427 of the land^H776 whither thou goest,^H935 lest it be for a snare^H4170 in the midst^H7130 of thee:

And Israel^H3478 vowed^H5087 a vow^H5088 unto Jehovah,^H3068 and said,^H559 If thou wilt indeed^H5414 deliver^H5414 this people^H5971 into my hand,^H3027 then I will utterly destroy^H2763 their cities.^H5892

So Jehovah^H3068 our God^H430 delivered^H5414 into our hand^H3027 Og^H5747 also, the king^H4428 of Bashan,^H1316 and all his people:^H5971 and we smote^H5221 him until none was left^H7604 to him remaining.^H8300

Know^H3045 therefore this day,^H3117 that Jehovah^H3068 thy God^H430 is he who goeth over^H5674 before^H6440 thee as a devouring^H398 fire;^H784 he will destroy^H8045 them, and he will bring them down^H3665 before thee:^H6440 so shalt thou drive them out,^H3423 and make them to perish^H6 quickly,^H4118 as Jehovah^H3068 hath spoken^H1696 unto thee.

but you shall surely^H2026 kill^H2026 him; your hand^H3027 shall be first^H7223 upon him to put him to death,^H4191 and afterwards^H314 the hand^H3027 of all the people.^H5971

But of the cities^H5892 of these peoples,^H5971 that Jehovah^H3068 thy God^H430 giveth^H5414 thee for an inheritance,^H5159 thou shalt save alive^H2421 nothing that breatheth;^H5397

And Jehovah^H3068 will deliver them up^H5414 before you,^H6440 and ye shall do^H6213 unto them according unto all the commandment^H4687 which I have commanded^H6680 you.

And the city^H5892 shall be devoted,^H2764 even it and all that is therein, to Jehovah:^H3068 only Rahab^H7343 the harlot^H2181 shall live,^H2421 she and all that are with her in the house,^H1004 because she hid^H2244 the messengers^H4397 that we sent.^H7971

And it came to pass, when Israel^H3478 had made an end^H3615 of slaying^H2026 all the inhabitants^H3427 of Ai^H5857 in the field,^H7704 in the wilderness^H4057 wherein they pursued^H7291 them, and they were all fallen^H5307 by the edge^H6310 of the sword,^H2719 until they were consumed,^H8552 that all Israel^H3478 returned^H7725 unto Ai,^H5857 and smote^H5221 it with the edge^H6310 of the sword.^H2719

And the children^H1121 of Israel^H3478 smote^H5221 them not, because the princes^H5387 of the congregation^H5712 had sworn^H7650 unto them by Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of Israel.^H3478 And all the congregation^H5712 murmured^H3885 against the princes.^H5387

And it came to pass, when they brought forth^H3318 those kings^H4428 unto Joshua,^H3091 that Joshua^H3091 called^H7121 for all the men^H376 of Israel,^H3478 and said^H559 unto the chiefs^H7101 of the men^H582 of war^H4421 that went^H1980 with him, Come near,^H7126 put^H7760 your feet^H7272 upon the necks^H6677 of these kings.^H4428 And they came near,^H7126 and put^H7760 their feet^H7272 upon the necks^H6677 of them.

and Jehovah^H3068 delivered^H5414 it also, and the king^H4428 thereof, into the hand^H3027 of Israel;^H3478 and he smote^H5221 it with the edge^H6310 of the sword,^H2719 and all the souls^H5315 that were therein; he left^H7604 none remaining^H8300 in it; and he did^H6213 unto the king^H4428 thereof as he had done^H6213 unto the king^H4428 of Jericho.^H3405

So Joshua^H3091 smote^H5221 all the land,^H776 the hill-country,^H2022 and the South,^H5045 and the lowland,^H8219 and the slopes,^H794 and all their kings:^H4428 he left^H7604 none remaining,^H8300 but he utterly destroyed^H2763 all that breathed,^H5397 as Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of Israel,^H3478 commanded.^H6680

And Jehovah^H3068 delivered^H5414 them into the hand^H3027 of Israel,^H3478 and they smote^H5221 them, and chased^H7291 them unto great^H7227 Sidon,^H6721 and unto Misrephoth-maim,^H4956 and unto the valley^H1237 of Mizpeh^H4708 eastward;^H4217 and they smote^H5221 them, until they left^H7604 them none remaining.^H8300

And all the cities^H5892 of those kings,^H4428 and all the kings^H4428 of them, did Joshua^H3091 take,^H3920 and he smote^H5221 them with the edge^H6310 of the sword,^H2719 and utterly destroyed^H2763 them; as Moses^H4872 the servant^H5650 of Jehovah^H3068 commanded.^H6680

And Judah^H3063 went up;^H5927 and Jehovah^H3068 delivered^H5414 the Canaanites^H3669 and the Perizzites^H6522 into their hand:^H3027 and they smote^H5221 of them in Bezek^H966 ten^H6235 thousand^H505 men.^H376

and ye shall make^H3772 no covenant^H1285 with the inhabitants^H3427 of this land;^H776 ye shall break down^H5422 their altars.^H4196 But ye have not hearkened^H8085 unto my voice:^H6963 why have ye done^H6213 this?

And [Ben-hadad] said^H559 unto him, The cities^H5892 which my father^H1 took^H3947 from thy father^H1 I will restore;^H7725 and thou shalt make^H7760 streets^H2351 for thee in Damascus,^H1834 as my father^H1 made^H7760 in Samaria.^H8111 And I, [said Ahab], will let thee go^H7971 with this covenant.^H1285 So he made^H3772 a covenant^H1285 with him, and let him go.^H7971
