and blessed^H1288 be God^H410 Most High,^H5945 who hath delivered^H4042 thine enemies^H6862 into thy hand.^H3027 And he gave^H5414 him a tenth^H4643 of all.

And he was afraid,^H3372 and said,^H559 How dreadful^H3372 is this place!^H4725 this is none other than the house^H1004 of God,^H430 and this is the gate^H8179 of heaven.^H8064

And God^H430 said^H559 unto Jacob,^H3290 Arise,^H6965 go up^H5927 to Beth-el,^H1008 and dwell^H3427 there: and make^H6213 there an altar^H4196 unto God,^H410 who appeared^H7200 unto thee when thou fleddest^H1272 from the face^H6440 of Esau^H6215 thy brother.^H251

And Jacob^H3290 set up^H5324 a pillar^H4676 in the place^H4725 where he spake^H1696 with him, a pillar^H4678 of stone:^H68 and he poured^H5258 out a drink-offering^H5262 thereon, and poured^H3332 oil^H8081 thereon.

And Joseph^H3130 made^H7760 it a statute^H2706 concerning the land^H127 of Egypt^H4714 unto this day,^H3117 that Pharaoh^H6547 should have the fifth;^H2569 only the land^H127 of the priests^H3548 alone became not^H7535 Pharaoh's.^H6547

And all the tithe^H4643 of the herd^H1241 or the flock,^H6629 whatsoever passeth^H5674 under the rod,^H7626 the tenth^H6224 shall be holy^H6944 unto Jehovah.^H3068

Bring^H935 ye the whole tithe^H4643 into the store-house,^H214 that there may be food^H2964 in my house,^H1004 and prove^H974 me now herewith,^H2063 saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts,^H6635 if I will not open^H6605 you the windows^H699 of heaven,^H8064 and pour you out^H7324 a blessing,^H1293 that there shall not be room enough^H1767 [to receive it].
