when^H3588 thou tillest^H5647 the ground,^H127 it shall not henceforth^H3254 yield^H5414 unto thee its strength;^H3581 a fugitive^H5128 and a wanderer^H5110 shalt thou be in the earth.^H776

And Jehovah^H3068 saw^H7200 that the wickedness^H7451 of man^H120 was great^H7227 in the earth,^H776 and that every imagination^H3336 of the thoughts^H4284 of his heart^H3820 was only^H7535 evil^H7451 continually.^H3117

And I will establish^H6965 my covenant^H1285 with you; neither shall all flesh^H1320 be cut off^H3772 any more by the waters^H4325 of the flood;^H3999 neither shall there any more be a flood^H3999 to destroy^H7843 the earth.^H776

And thou shalt burn^H6999 the whole ram^H352 upon the altar:^H4196 it is a burnt-offering^H5930 unto Jehovah;^H3068 it is a sweet^H5207 savor,^H7381 an offering made by fire^H801 unto Jehovah.^H3068

but its inwards^H7130 and its legs^H3767 shall he wash^H7364 with water.^H4325 And the priest^H3548 shall burn^H6999 the whole on the altar,^H4196 for a burnt-offering,^H5930 an offering made by fire,^H801 of a sweet^H5207 savor^H7381 unto Jehovah.^H3068

and he shall rend^H8156 it by the wings^H3671 thereof, [but] shall not divide it asunder.^H914 And the priest^H3548 shall burn^H6999 it upon the altar,^H4196 upon the wood^H6086 that is upon the fire:^H784 it is a burnt-offering,^H5930 an offering made by fire,^H801 of a sweet^H5207 savor^H7381 unto Jehovah.^H3068

Now therefore, I pray thee, let my lord^H113 the king^H4428 hear^H8085 the words^H1697 of his servant.^H5650 If it be Jehovah^H3068 that hath stirred thee up^H5496 against me, let him accept^H7306 an offering:^H4503 but if it be the children^H1121 of men,^H120 cursed^H779 be they before^H6440 Jehovah:^H3068 for they have driven^H1644 me out this day^H3117 that I should not cleave^H5596 unto the inheritance^H5159 of Jehovah,^H3068 saying,^H559 Go,^H3212 serve^H5647 other^H312 gods.^H430

What is man,^H582 that he should be clean?^H2135 And he that is born^H3205 of a woman,^H802 that he should be righteous?^H6663

The wicked^H7563 are estranged^H2114 from the womb:^H7358 They go astray^H8582 as soon as they are born,^H990 speaking^H1696 lies.^H3577

Who can say,^H559 I have made my heart^H3820 clean,^H2135 I am pure^H2891 from my sin?^H2403

How fair^H3302 is thy love,^H1730 my sister,^H269 [my] bride!^H3618 How much better^H2895 is thy love^H1730 than wine!^H3196 And the fragrance^H7381 of thine oils^H8081 than all manner of spices!^H1314

Thus shall the things be unto thee wherein thou hast labored:^H3021 they that have trafficked^H5503 with thee from thy youth^H5271 shall wander^H8582 every one^H376 to his quarter;^H5676 there shall be none to save^H3467 thee.

All we like sheep^H6629 have gone astray;^H8582 we have turned^H6437 every one^H376 to his own way;^H1870 and Jehovah^H3068 hath laid^H6293 on him the iniquity^H5771 of us all.

Behold, it is written^H3789 before^H6440 me: I will not keep silence,^H2814 but will recompense,^H7999 yea, I will recompense^H7999 into their bosom,^H2436

The heart^H3820 is deceitful^H6121 above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt:^H605 who can know^H3045 it?

As a sweet^H5207 savor^H7381 will I accept^H7521 you, when I bring you out^H3318 from the peoples,^H5971 and gather^H6908 you out^H3318 of the countries^H776 wherein ye have been scattered;^H6327 and I will be sanctified^H6942 in you in the sight of the nations.^H1471

For^G1063 out^G1537 of the heart^G2588 come^G1831 forth evil^G4190 thoughts,^G1261 murders,^G5408 adulteries,^G3430 fornications,^G4202 thefts,^G2829 false witness,^G5577 railings:^G988

because that,^G1360 knowing^G1097 God,^G2316 they glorified^G1392 him not^G3756 as^G5613 God,^G2316 neither^G2228 gave thanks;^G2168 but^G235 became vain^G3154 in^G1722 their^G846 reasonings,^G1261 and^G2532 their^G846 senseless^G801 heart^G2588 was darkened.^G4654

because^G1360 the mind^G5427 of the flesh^G4561 is enmity^G2189 against^G1519 God;^G2316 for^G1063 it is^G5293 not^G3756 subject^G5293 to the law^G3551 of God,^G2316 neither^G3761 indeed^G1063 can it be:^G1410

And^G2532 you^G5209 [did he make alive,] when ye were^G5607 dead^G3498 through your trespasses^G3900 and^G2532 sins,^G266

But^G1161 I have^G568 all^G3956 things, and^G2532 abound:^G4052 I am filled,^G4137 having received^G1209 from^G3844 Epaphroditus^G1891 the things^G3588 that came from^G3844 you,^G5216 an odor^G3744 of a sweet smell,^G2175 a sacrifice^G2378 acceptable,^G1184 well-pleasing^G2101 to God.^G2316

Whence^G4159 [come] wars^G4171 and^G2532 whence [come] fightings^G3163 among^G1722 you?^G5213 [come they] not^G3756 hence,^G1782 [even] of^G1537 your^G5216 pleasures^G2237 that war^G4754 in^G1722 your^G5216 members?^G3196

We know^G1492 that^G3754 we are^G2070 of^G1537 God,^G2316 and^G2532 the whole^G3650 world^G2889 lieth^G2749 in^G1722 the evil^G4190 one.
