TSK · Hosea 9:4

And he set^H6187 the bread^H3899 in order^H6186 upon it before^H6440 Jehovah;^H3068 as Jehovah^H3068 commanded^H6680 Moses.^H4872

They shall be holy^H6944 unto their God,^H430 and not profane^H2490 the name^H8034 of their God;^H430 for the offerings^H801 of Jehovah^H3068 made by fire,^H801 the bread^H3899 of their God,^H430 they do offer:^H7126 therefore they shall be holy.^H6918

Speak^H1696 unto Aaron,^H175 saying,^H559 Whosoever^H376 he be of thy seed^H2233 throughout their generations^H1755 that hath a blemish,^H3971 let him not approach^H7126 to offer^H7126 the bread^H3899 of his God.^H430

And upon the table^H7979 of showbread^H6440 they shall spread^H6566 a cloth^H899 of blue,^H8504 and put^H5414 thereon the dishes,^H7086 and the spoons,^H3709 and the bowls^H4518 and the cups^H7184 wherewith^H5262 to pour out; and the continual^H8548 bread^H3899 shall be thereon:

Command^H6680 the children^H1121 of Israel,^H3478 and say^H559 unto them, My oblation,^H7133 my food for my offerings^H7133 made by fire,^H801 of a sweet^H5207 savor^H7381 unto me, shall ye observe^H8104 to offer^H7126 unto me in their due season.^H4150

And Nehemiah,^H5166 who was the governor,^H8660 and Ezra^H5830 the priest^H3548 the scribe,^H5608 and the Levites^H3881 that taught^H995 the people,^H5971 said^H559 unto all the people,^H5971 This day^H3117 is holy^H6918 unto Jehovah^H3068 your God;^H430 mourn^H56 not, nor weep.^H1058 For all the people^H5971 wept,^H1058 when they heard^H8085 the words^H1697 of the law.^H8451

Among the smooth^H2511 [stones] of the valley^H5158 is thy portion;^H2506 they, they are thy lot;^H1486 even to them hast thou poured^H8210 a drink-offering,^H4503 thou hast offered^H5927 an oblation.^H5262 Shall I be appeased^H5162 for these things?

To what purpose cometh^H935 there to me frankincense^H3828 from Sheba,^H7614 and the sweet^H2896 cane^H7070 from a far^H4801 country?^H776 your burnt-offerings^H5930 are not acceptable,^H7522 nor your sacrifices^H2077 pleasing^H6149 unto me.

And ye shall do^H6213 as I have done:^H6213 ye shall not cover^H5844 your lips,^H8222 nor eat^H398 the bread^H3899 of men.^H582

They return,^H7725 but not to [him that is] on high;^H5920 they are like a deceitful^H7423 bow;^H7198 their princes^H8269 shall fall^H5307 by the sword^H2719 for the rage^H2195 of their tongue:^H3956 this^H2097 shall be their derision^H3933 in the land^H776 of Egypt.^H4714

Gird^H2296 yourselves [with sackcloth], and lament,^H5594 ye priests;^H3548 wail,^H3213 ye ministers^H8334 of the altar;^H4196 come,^H935 lie all night^H3885 in sackcloth,^H8242 ye ministers^H8334 of my God:^H430 for the meal-offering^H4503 and the drink-offering^H5262 are withholden^H4513 from the house^H1004 of your God.^H430

Come^H935 to Beth-el,^H1008 and transgress;^H6586 to Gilgal,^H1537 [and] multiply^H7235 transgression;^H6586 and bring^H935 your sacrifices^H2077 every morning,^H1242 [and] your tithes^H4643 every three^H7969 days;^H3117

Behold, the days^H3117 come,^H935 saith^H5002 the Lord^H136 Jehovah,^H136 that I will send^H7971 a famine^H7458 in the land,^H776 not a famine^H7458 of bread,^H3899 nor a thirst^H6772 for water,^H4325 but of hearing^H8085 the words^H1697 of Jehovah.^H3068

And now, I pray you, entreat^H2470 the favor of God,^H410 that he may be gracious^H2603 unto us: this hath been by your means:^H3027 will he accept^H5375 any of your persons?^H6440 saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts.^H6635
