But the ungodly^H1100 shall be all of them as thorns^H6975 to be thrust away,^H5074 Because they cannot be taken^H3947 with the hand;^H3027

Thou hast taken away^H622 all thy wrath;^H5678 Thou hast turned^H7725 [thyself] from the fierceness^H2740 of thine anger.^H639

For wickedness^H7564 burneth^H1197 as the fire;^H784 it devoureth^H398 the briers^H8068 and thorns;^H7898 yea, it kindleth^H3341 in the thickets^H5442 of the forest,^H3293 and they roll upward^H55 in a column^H1348 of smoke.^H6227

And in that day^H3117 thou shalt say,^H559 I will give thanks^H3034 unto thee, O Jehovah;^H3068 for though thou wast angry^H599 with me, thine anger^H639 is turned away^H7725 and thou comfortest^H5162 me.

For Jehovah^H3068 hath called^H7121 thee as a wife^H802 forsaken^H5800 and grieved^H6087 in spirit,^H7307 even a wife^H802 of youth,^H5271 when she is cast off,^H3988 saith^H559 thy God.^H430

that thou mayest remember,^H2142 and be confounded,^H954 and never open^H6610 thy mouth^H6310 any more, because^H6440 of thy shame,^H3639 when I have forgiven^H3722 thee all that thou hast done,^H6213 saith^H5002 the Lord^H136 Jehovah.^H3069

And ye shall tread down^H6072 the wicked;^H7563 for they shall be ashes^H665 under the soles^H3709 of your feet^H7272 in the day^H3117 that I make,^H6213 saith^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts.^H6635

but^G1161 if it beareth^G1627 thorns^G173 and^G2532 thistles,^G5146 it is rejected^G96 and^G2532 nigh unto^G1451 a curse;^G2671 whose^G3739 end^G5056 is to^G1519 be burned.^G2740
