Make the heart^H3820 of this people^H5971 fat,^H8080 and make their ears^H241 heavy,^H3513 and shut^H8173 their eyes;^H5869 lest they see^H7200 with their eyes,^H5869 and hear^H8085 with their ears,^H241 and understand^H995 with their heart,^H3824 and turn^H7725 again, and be healed.^H7495

And in that day^H3117 did the Lord,^H136 Jehovah^H3069 of hosts,^H6635 call^H7121 to weeping,^H1065 and to mourning,^H4553 and to baldness,^H7144 and to girding^H2296 with sackcloth:^H8242

For Jehovah^H3068 hath poured out^H5258 upon you the spirit^H7307 of deep sleep,^H8639 and hath closed^H6105 your eyes,^H5869 the prophets;^H5030 and your heads,^H7218 the seers,^H2374 hath he covered.^H3680

And I will feed^H398 them that oppress^H3238 thee with their own flesh;^H1320 and they shall be drunken^H7937 with their own blood,^H1818 as with sweet wine:^H6071 and all flesh^H1320 shall know^H3045 that I, Jehovah,^H3068 am thy Saviour,^H3467 and thy Redeemer,^H1350 the Mighty One^H46 of Jacob.^H3290

Therefore hear^H8085 now this, thou afflicted,^H6041 and drunken,^H7937 but now with wine:^H3196

Be astonished,^H8074 O ye heavens,^H8064 at this, and be horribly afraid,^H8175 be ye very^H3966 desolate,^H2717 saith^H5002 Jehovah.^H3068

Concerning the prophets.^H5030 My heart^H3820 within^H7130 me is broken,^H7665 all my bones^H6106 shake;^H7363 I am like a drunken^H7910 man,^H376 and like a man^H1397 whom wine^H3196 hath overcome,^H5674 because^H6440 of Jehovah,^H3068 and because of his holy^H6944 words.^H1697

Behold^H7200 ye among the nations,^H1471 and look,^H5027 and wonder^H8539 marvellously;^H8539 for I am working^H6466 a work^H6467 in your days,^H3117 which ye will not believe^H539 though it be told^H5608 you.
