with him is an arm^H2220 of flesh;^H1320 but with us is Jehovah^H3068 our God^H430 to help^H5826 us, and to fight^H3898 our battles.^H4421 And the people^H5971 rested^H5564 themselves upon the words^H1697 of Hezekiah^H3169 king^H4428 of Judah.^H3063

A horse^H5483 is a vain thing^H8267 for safety;^H8668 Neither doth he deliver^H4422 any by his great^H7230 power.^H2428

Therefore the Lord^H136 will not rejoice^H8055 over their young men,^H970 neither will he have compassion^H7355 on their fatherless^H3490 and widows;^H490 for every one is profane^H2611 and an evil-doer,^H7489 and every mouth^H6310 speaketh^H1696 folly.^H5039 For all this his anger^H639 is not turned away,^H7725 but his hand^H3027 is stretched out still.^H5186

And the inhabitant^H3427 of this coast-land^H339 shall say^H559 in that day,^H3117 Behold, such^H3541 is our expectation,^H4007 whither we fled^H5127 for help^H5833 to be delivered^H5337 from^H6440 the king^H4428 of Assyria:^H804 and we, how shall we escape?^H4422

For Egypt^H4714 helpeth^H5826 in vain,^H1892 and to no purpose:^H7385 therefore have I called^H7121 her^H1992 Rahab^H7293 that^H2063 sitteth still.^H7674

How then canst thou turn away^H7725 the face^H6440 of one^H259 captain^H6346 of the least^H6996 of my master's^H113 servants,^H5650 and put thy trust^H982 on Egypt^H4714 for chariots^H7393 and for horsemen?^H6571

Thus saith^H559 Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of Israel,^H3478 Thus shall ye say^H559 to the king^H4428 of Judah,^H3063 that sent^H7971 you unto me to inquire^H1875 of me: Behold, Pharaoh's^H6547 army,^H2428 which is come forth^H3318 to help^H5833 you, shall return^H7725 to Egypt^H4714 into their own land.^H776

Son^H1121 of man,^H120 say^H559 unto the prince^H5057 of Tyre,^H6865 Thus says^H559 the Lord^H136 Jehovah:^H3069 Because your heart^H3820 is lifted up,^H1361 and you have said,^H559 I am a god,^H410 I sit^H3427 in the seat^H4186 of God,^H430 in the midst^H3820 of the seas;^H3220 yet you are man,^H120 and not God,^H410 though you did set^H5414 your heart^H3820 as the heart^H3820 of God;—^H430

And^G1161 the people^G1218 shouted,^G2019 [saying], The voice^G5456 of a god,^G2316 and^G2532 not^G3756 of a man.^G444
