And the angel^H4397 of Jehovah^H3068 said^H559 unto him, Wherefore askest^H7592 thou after my name,^H8034 seeing it is wonderful?^H6383

And thy house^H1004 and thy kingdom^H4467 shall be made^H539 sure for^H5704 ever^H5769 before^H6440 thee: thy throne^H3678 shall be established^H3559 for^H5704 ever.^H5769

But king^H4428 Solomon^H8010 shall be blessed,^H1288 and the throne^H3678 of David^H1732 shall be established^H3559 before^H6440 Jehovah^H3068 for^H5704 ever.^H5769

Now therefore, our God,^H430 the great,^H1419 the mighty,^H1368 and the terrible^H3372 God,^H410 who keepest^H8104 covenant^H1285 and lovingkindness,^H2617 let not all the travail^H8513 seem little^H4591 before^H6440 thee, that hath come^H4672 upon us, on our kings,^H4428 on our princes,^H8269 and on our priests,^H3548 and on our prophets,^H5030 and on our fathers,^H1 and on all thy people,^H5971 since the time^H3117 of the kings^H4428 of Assyria^H804 unto this day.^H3117

Gird^H2296 thy sword^H2719 upon thy thigh,^H3409 O mighty^H1368 one, Thy glory^H1935 and thy majesty.^H1926

Thou hast loved^H157 righteousness,^H6664 and hated^H8130 wickedness:^H7562 Therefore God,^H430 thy God,^H430 hath anointed^H4886 thee With the oil^H8081 of gladness^H8342 above thy fellows.^H2270

The mountains^H2022 shall bring^H5375 peace^H7965 to the people,^H5971 And the hills,^H1389 in righteousness.^H6666

His name^H8034 shall endure for ever;^H5769 His name^H8034 shall be continued^H5125 as long as^H6440 the sun:^H8121 And men shall be blessed^H1288 in him; All nations^H1471 shall call him happy.^H833

And the heavens^H8064 shall praise^H3034 thy wonders,^H6382 O Jehovah;^H3068 Thy faithfulness^H530 also in the assembly^H6951 of the holy^H6918 ones.

I was set up^H5258 from everlasting,^H5769 from the beginning,^H7218 Before^H6924 the earth^H776 was.

Behold, I and the children^H3206 whom Jehovah^H3068 hath given^H5414 me are for signs^H226 and for wonders^H4159 in Israel^H3478 from Jehovah^H3068 of hosts,^H6635 who dwelleth^H7931 in mount^H2022 Zion.^H6726

And there shall come forth^H3318 a shoot^H2415 out of the stock^H1503 of Jesse,^H3448 and a branch^H5342 out of his roots^H8328 shall bear fruit.^H6509

And the wolf^H2061 shall dwell^H1481 with the lamb,^H3532 and the leopard^H5246 shall lie down^H7257 with the kid;^H1423 and the calf^H5695 and the young lion^H3715 and the fatling^H4806 together;^H3162 and a little^H6996 child^H5288 shall lead^H5090 them.

Thou wilt keep^H5341 [him] in perfect^H7965 peace,^H7965 [whose] mind^H3336 [is] stayed^H5564 [on thee]; because he trusteth^H982 in thee.

This also cometh forth^H3318 from Jehovah^H3068 of hosts,^H6635 who is wonderful^H6381 in counsel,^H6098 and excellent^H1431 in wisdom.^H8454

For out of Jerusalem^H3389 shall go forth^H3318 a remnant,^H7611 and out of mount^H2022 Zion^H6726 they that shall escape.^H6413 The zeal^H7068 of Jehovah^H3068 of hosts^H6635 will perform^H6213 this.

For he grew up^H5927 before^H6440 him as a tender plant,^H3126 and as a root^H8328 out of a dry^H6723 ground:^H776 he hath no form^H8389 nor comeliness;^H1926 and when we see^H7200 him, there is no beauty^H4758 that we should desire^H2530 him.

Yet it pleased^H2654 Jehovah^H3068 to bruise^H1792 him; he hath put him to grief:^H2470 when thou shalt make^H7760 his soul^H5315 an offering for sin,^H817 he shall see^H7200 [his] seed,^H2233 he shall prolong^H748 his days,^H3117 and the pleasure^H2656 of Jehovah^H3068 shall prosper^H6743 in his hand.^H3027

For thus saith^H559 Jehovah,^H3068 Behold, I will extend^H5186 peace^H7965 to her like a river,^H5104 and the glory^H3519 of the nations^H1471 like an overflowing^H7857 stream:^H5158 and ye shall suck^H3243 [thereof]; ye shall be borne^H5375 upon the side,^H6654 and shall be dandled^H8173 upon the knees.^H1290

How long wilt thou go hither^H2559 and thither, O thou backsliding^H7728 daughter?^H1323 for Jehovah^H3068 hath created^H1254 a new thing^H2319 in the earth:^H776 a woman^H5347 shall encompass^H5437 a man.^H1397

Seventy^H7657 weeks^H7620 are decreed^H2852 upon thy people^H5971 and upon thy holy^H6944 city,^H5892 to finish^H3607 transgression,^H6588 and to make an end^H8552 of sins,^H2403 and to make reconciliation^H3722 for iniquity,^H5771 and to bring in^H935 everlasting^H5769 righteousness,^H6664 and to seal up^H2856 vision^H2377 and prophecy,^H5030 and to anoint^H4886 the most^H6944 holy.^H6944

and speak^H559 unto him, saying,^H559 Thus speaketh^H559 Jehovah^H3068 of hosts,^H6635 saying,^H559 Behold, the man^H376 whose name^H8034 is the Branch:^H6780 and he shall grow up^H6779 out of his place; and he shall build^H1129 the temple^H1964 of Jehovah;^H3068

Behold,^G2400 the virgin^G3933 shall be^G2192 with^G1722 child,^G1064 and^G2532 shall bring forth^G5088 a son,^G5207 And^G2532 they shall call^G2564 his^G846 name^G3686 Immanuel;^G1694 which^G3739 is,^G2076 being interpreted,^G3177 God^G2316 with^G3326 us.^G2257

And^G2532 Jesus^G2424 came^G4334 to them and spake^G2980 unto them,^G846 saying,^G3004 All^G3956 authority^G1849 hath been given^G1325 unto me^G3427 in^G1909 heaven^G3772 and^G2532 on^G1909 earth.^G1093

for^G3754 there is born^G5088 to you^G5213 this day^G4594 in^G1722 the city^G4172 of David^G1138 a Saviour,^G4990 who^G3739 is^G2076 Christ^G5547 the Lord.^G2962

for^G1063 I^G1473 will give^G1325 you^G5213 a mouth^G4750 and^G2532 wisdom,^G4678 which^G3739 all^G3956 your^G5213 adversaries^G480 shall^G1410 not^G3756 be able^G1410 to withstand^G436 or^G3761 to gainsay.^G471

And^G2532 the Word^G3056 became flesh,^G4561 and^G2532 dwelt^G4637 among^G1722 us^G2254 (and^G2532 we beheld^G2300 his^G846 glory,^G1391 glory^G1391 as^G5613 of^G3844 the only begotten^G3439 from^G3844 the Father),^G3962 full^G4134 of grace^G5485 and^G2532 truth.^G225

For^G1063 God^G2316 so^G3779 loved^G25 the world,^G2889 that^G5620 he gave^G1325 his^G846 only begotten^G3439 Son,^G5207 that^G2443 whosoever^G3956 believeth^G4100 on^G1519 him^G846 should^G622 not^G3361 perish,^G622 but^G235 have^G2192 eternal^G166 life.^G2222

The word^G3056 which^G3739 he sent^G649 unto the children^G5207 of Israel,^G2474 preaching^G2097 good tidings of peace^G1515 by^G1223 Jesus^G2424 Christ^G5547 (He^G3778 is^G2076 Lord^G2962 of all.) —^G3956

Being therefore^G3767 justified^G1344 by^G1537 faith,^G4102 we have^G2192 peace^G1515 with^G4314 God^G2316 through^G1223 our^G2257 Lord^G2962 Jesus^G2424 Christ;^G5547

whose^G3739 are the fathers,^G3962 and^G2532 of^G1537 whom^G3739 is Christ^G5547 as concerning^G2596 the flesh,^G4561 who is^G5607 over^G1909 all,^G3956 God^G2316 blessed^G2128 for^G1519 ever.^G165 Amen.^G281

For^G1063 he^G846 must^G1163 reign,^G936 till^G891 he^{G3739 G302} hath put^G5087 all^G3956 his enemies^G2190 under^G5259 his^G846 feet.^G4228

far above^G5231 all^G3956 rule,^G746 and^G2532 authority,^G1849 and^G2532 power,^G1849 and^G2532 dominion,^G2963 and^G2532 every^G3956 name^G3686 that is named,^G3687 not^G3756 only^G3440 in^G1722 this^G5129 world,^G165 but^G235 also^G2532 in^G1722 that which is^G3588 to come:^G3195

and^G2532 through^G1223 him to reconcile^G604 all things^G3956 unto^G1519 himself,^G846 having made peace^G1517 through^G1223 the blood^G129 of his^G846 cross;^G4716 through^G1223 him,^G846 [I say], whether^G1535 things^G3588 upon^G1909 the earth,^G1093 or^G1535 things^G3588 in^G1909 the heavens.^G3772

And^G2532 without controversy^G3672 great^G3173 is^G2076 the mystery^G3466 of godliness;^G2150 He^G2316 who was manifested^G5319 in^G1722 the flesh,^G4561 Justified^G1344 in^G1722 the spirit,^G4151 Seen^G3700 of angels,^G32 Preached^G2784 among^G1722 the nations,^G1484 Believed on^G4100 in^G1722 the world,^G2889 Received up^G353 in^G1722 glory.^G1391

but^G1161 of^G4314 the Son^G5207 [he saith], Thy^G4675 throne,^G2362 O God,^G2316 is for^G1519 ever^G165 and ever;^G165 And the sceptre^G4464 of uprightness^G2118 is the sceptre^G4464 of^G932 thy^G4675 kingdom.^G932

to whom^G3739 also^G2532 Abraham^G11 divided^G3307 a tenth part^G1181 of^G575 all^G3956 (being first,^{G4412 G3303} by interpretation,^G2059 King^G935 of righteousness,^G1343 and^G1161 then^G1899 also^G2532 King^G935 of Salem,^G4532 which is^G3603 King^G935 of peace;^G1515

Herein^{G1722 G5129} is^G2076 love,^G26 not^G3756 that^G3754 we^G2249 loved^G25 God,^G2316 but^G235 that^G3754 he^G846 loved^G25 us,^G2248 and^G2532 sent^G649 his^G846 Son^G5207 [to be] the propitiation^G2434 for^G4012 our^G2257 sins.^G266

And^G2532 he hath^G2192 on^G1909 his garment^G2440 and^G2532 on^G1909 his^G846 thigh^G3382 a name written,^G1125 KINGS^G935 OF KINGS,^G935 AND^G2532 LORD^G2962 OF LORDS.^G2962
