ASVs · الأصحاح 37
Y ea, at thisH2063 my heartH3820 trembleth,H2729 And is moved outH5425 of its place.H4725
Hear,H8085 oh, hearH8085 the noiseH7267 of his voice,H7267 And the soundH6963 that goeth outH3318 of his mouth.H6310
He sendethH3474 itH8281 forth under the whole heaven,H8064 And his lightningH216 unto the endsH3671 of the earth.H776
AfterH310 it a voiceH6963 roareth;H7580 He thunderethH7481 with the voiceH6963 of his majesty;H1347 And he restrainethH6117 not [the lightnings] when his voiceH6963 is heard.H8085
GodH410 thunderethH7481 marvellouslyH6381 with his voice;H6963 Great thingsH1419 doethH6213 he, which we cannot comprehend.H3045
For he saithH559 to the snow,H7950 Fall thouH1933 on the earth;H776 Likewise to the showerH4306 of rain,H1653 And to the showersH4306 of his mightyH5797 rain.H1653
He sealeth upH2856 the handH3027 of every man,H120 That all menH582 whom he hath made may knowH3045 [it].H4639
Then the beastsH2416 goH935 intoH1119 coverts,H4585 And remainH7931 in their dens.H695
Out of the chamber [of the south]H2315 comethH935 the storm,H5492 And coldH7135 out of the north.H4215
By the breathH5397 of GodH410 ice is given;H5414 And the breadthH7341 of the watersH4325 is straitened.H4164
Yea, he ladethH2959 the thick cloudH5645 with moisture;H7377 He spreadethH6327 abroad the cloudH6051 of his lightning:H216
And it is turnedH2015 round aboutH4524 by his guidance,H8458 That they may doH6467 whatsoever he commandethH6680 them Upon the faceH6440 of the habitableH776 world,H8398
Whether it be for correction,H7626 or for his land,H776 Or for lovingkindness,H2617 that he cause it to come.H4672
HearkenH238 unto this, O Job:H347 Stand still,H5975 and considerH995 the wondrousH6381 works of God.H410
Dost thou knowH3045 how GodH433 layethH7760 [his charge] upon them, And causeth the lightningH216 of his cloudH6051 to shine?H3313
Dost thou knowH3045 the balancingsH4657 of the clouds,H5645 The wondrous worksH4652 of him who is perfectH8549 in knowledge?H1843
How thy garmentsH899 are warm,H2525 When the earthH776 is stillH8252 by reason of the southH1864 [wind]?
Canst thou with him spread outH7554 the sky,H7834 Which is strongH2389 as a moltenH3332 mirror?H7209
TeachH3045 us what we shall sayH559 unto him; [For] we cannot set [our speech] in orderH6186 by reasonH6440 of darkness.H2822
Shall it be toldH5608 him that I would speak?H1696 Or should a manH376 wishH559 that he were swallowed up?H1104
And now men seeH7200 not the lightH216 which is brightH925 in the skies;H7834 But the windH7307 passeth,H5674 and clearethH2891 them.
Out of the northH6828 comethH857 golden splendor:H2091 GodH433 hath upon him terribleH3372 majesty.H1935
[ Touching] the Almighty,H7706 we cannot find him out:H4672 He is excellentH7689 in power;H3581 And in justiceH4941 and plenteousH7230 righteousnessH6666 he will not afflict.H6031
MenH582 do therefore fearH3372 him: He regardethH7200 not any that are wiseH2450 of heart.H3820
