Jehovah^H3068 thundered^H7481 from heaven,^H8064 And the Most High^H5945 uttered^H5414 his voice.^H6963

The nations^H1471 raged,^H1993 the kingdoms^H4467 were moved:^H4131 He uttered^H5414 his voice,^H6963 the earth^H776 melted.^H4127

And it shall come to pass in that day,^H3117 that Jehovah^H3068 will hiss^H8319 for the fly^H2070 that is in the uttermost part^H7097 of the rivers^H2975 of Egypt,^H4714 and for the bee^H1682 that is in the land^H776 of Assyria.^H804

Jehovah^H3068 will go forth^H3318 as a mighty man;^H1368 he will stir up^H5782 [his] zeal^H7068 like a man^H376 of war:^H4421 he will cry,^H7321 yea, he will shout aloud;^H6873 he will do mightily^H1396 against his enemies.^H341

Alas!^H1945 for that day^H3117 is great,^H1419 so that^H369 none is like it: it is even the time^H6256 of Jacob's^H3290 trouble;^H6869 but he shall be saved^H3467 out of it.

Can thy heart^H3820 endure,^H5975 or can thy hands^H3027 be strong,^H2388 in the days^H3117 that I shall deal^H6213 with thee? I, Jehovah,^H3068 have spoken^H1696 it, and will do^H6213 it.

And I will restore^H7999 to you the years^H8141 that the locust^H697 hath eaten,^H398 the canker-worm,^H3218 and the caterpillar,^H2625 and the palmer-worm,^H1501 my great^H1419 army^H2428 which I sent^H7971 among you.

And Jehovah^H3068 will roar^H7580 from Zion,^H6726 and utter^H5414 his voice^H6963 from Jerusalem;^H3389 and the heavens^H8064 and the earth^H776 shall shake:^H7493 but Jehovah^H3068 will be a refuge^H4268 unto his people,^H5971 and a stronghold^H4581 to the children^H1121 of Israel.^H3478

Woe^H1945 unto you that desire^H183 the day^H3117 of Jehovah!^H3068 Wherefore^H4100 would ye have the day^H3117 of Jehovah?^H3068 It is darkness,^H2822 and not light.^H216

Who can stand^H5975 before^H6440 his indignation?^H2195 and who can abide^H6965 in the fierceness^H2740 of his anger?^H639 his wrath^H2534 is poured out^H5413 like fire,^H784 and the rocks^H6697 are broken asunder^H5422 by him.

But who can abide^H3557 the day^H3117 of his coming?^H935 and who shall stand^H5975 when he appeareth?^H7200 for he is like a refiner's^H6884 fire,^H784 and like fuller's^H3526 soap:^H1287

Therefore^{G5124 G1223} in^G1722 one^G1520 day^G2250 shall^G2240 her^G846 plagues^G4127 come,^G2240 death,^G2288 and^G2532 mourning,^G3997 and^G2532 famine;^G3042 and^G2532 she shall be utterly burned^G2618 with^G1722 fire;^G4442 for^G3754 strong^G2478 is the Lord^G2962 God^G2316 who judged^G2919 her.^G846
