And Elijah^H452 came^H5066 near unto all the people,^H5971 and said,^H559 How long^H5921 go ye limping^H6452 between the two^H8147 sides? if Jehovah^H3068 be God,^H430 follow^H3212 him; but if Baal,^H1168 then follow^H3212 him. And the people^H5971 answered^H6030 him not a word.^H1697

Then^G5119 said^G2036 Jesus^G2424 unto^G3101 his^G846 disciples,^G3101 If^G1487 any^G5100 man would^G2309 come^G2064 after^G3694 me,^G3450 let him deny^G533 himself,^G1438 and^G2532 take up^G142 his^G846 cross,^G4716 and^G2532 follow^G190 me.^G3427

But^G1161 he answered^G611 and said,^G2036 Verily^G281 I say^G3004 unto you,^G5213 I know^G1492 you^G5209 not.^G3756

And^G2532 Jesus^G2424 looking^G1689 upon him^G846 loved^G25 him,^G846 and said^G2036 unto him,^G846 One thing^G1520 thou^G4671 lackest:^G5302 go,^G5217 sell^G4453 whatsoever^G3745 thou hast,^G2192 and^G2532 give^G1325 to the poor,^G4434 and^G2532 thou shalt have^G2192 treasure^G2344 in^G1722 heaven:^G3772 and^G2532 come,^G1204 follow^G190 me.^G3427

and^G2532 he shall say,^G2046 I tell^G3004 you,^G5213 I know^{G1492 G5209} not^G3756 whence^G4159 ye are;^G2075 depart^G868 from^G575 me,^G1700 all^G3956 ye workers^G2040 of iniquity.^G93

Again^G3825 therefore^G3767 Jesus^G2424 spake^G2980 unto them,^G846 saying,^G3004 I^G1473 am^G1510 the light^G5457 of the world:^G2889 he that followeth^G190 me^G1698 shall^G4043 not^{G3756 G3361} walk^G4043 in^G1722 the darkness,^G4653 but^G235 shall have^G2192 the light^G5457 of life.^G2222

To him^G5129 the porter^G2377 openeth;^G455 and^G2532 the sheep^G4263 hear^G191 his^G846 voice:^G5456 and^G2532 he calleth^G2564 his own^G2398 sheep^G4263 by^G2596 name,^G3686 and^G2532 leadeth^G1806 them^G846 out.^G1806

I^G1473 am^G1510 the^G4166 good^G2570 shepherd;^G4166 and^G2532 I^G1473 know^G1097 mine^G1699 own, and^G2532 mine^G1699 own know^G1097 me,

If^G1437 any man^G5100 serve^G1247 me,^G1698 let him follow^G190 me;^G1698 and^G2532 where^G3699 I^G1473 am,^G1510 there^G1563 shall^G2071 also^G2532 my^G1699 servant^G1249 be:^G2071 if^G1437 any man^G5100 serve^G1247 me,^G1698 him^G846 will^G5091 the Father^G3962 honor.^G2532

And^G1161 it shall be,^G2071 that every^{G3956 G302} soul^G5590 that^G1565 shall^G191 not^G3361 hearken^G191 to that^G1565 prophet,^G4396 shall be utterly destroyed^G1842 from^G1537 among the people.^G2992

but^G1161 now^G3568 that ye have come to know^G1097 God,^G2316 or^G1161 rather^G3123 to be known^G1097 by^G5259 God,^G2316 how^G4459 turn ye^G1994 back again^G3825 to^G1909 the weak^G772 and^G2532 beggarly^G4434 rudiments,^G4747 whereunto^G3739 ye desire^G2309 to be in bondage^G1398 over^G509 again?^G3825

Wherefore,^G1352 even as^G2531 the^G4151 Holy^G40 Spirit^G4151 saith,^G3004 To-day^G4594 if^G1437 ye shall hear^G191 his^G846 voice,^G5456

These^G3778 are^G1526 they that^G3739 were^G3435 not^G3756 defiled^G3435 with^G3326 women;^G1135 for^G1063 they are^G1526 virgins.^G3933 These^G3778 [are]^G1526 they that^G3588 follow^G190 the Lamb^G721 whithersoever^{G3699 G302} he goeth.^G5217 These^G3778 were purchased^G59 from^G575 among men,^G444 [to be] the firstfruits^G536 unto God^G2316 and^G2532 unto the Lamb.^G721
