And thou, Solomon^H8010 my son,^H1121 know^H3045 thou the God^H430 of thy father,^H1 and serve^H5647 him with a perfect^H8003 heart^H3820 and with a willing^H2655 mind;^H5315 for Jehovah^H3068 searcheth^H1875 all hearts,^H3824 and understandeth^H995 all the imaginations^H3336 of the thoughts:^H4284 if thou seek^H1875 him, he will be found^H4672 of thee; but if thou forsake^H5800 him, he will cast thee off^H2186 for ever.^H5703

And they that know^H3045 thy name^H8034 will put their trust^H982 in thee; For thou, Jehovah,^H3068 hast not forsaken^H5800 them that seek^H1875 thee.

He shall see^H7200 of the travail^H5999 of his soul,^H5315 [and] shall be satisfied:^H7646 by the knowledge^H1847 of himself shall my righteous^H6662 servant^H5650 justify^H6663 many;^H7227 and he shall bear^H5445 their iniquities.^H5771

Thus saith^H559 Jehovah,^H3068 Let not the wise^H2450 man glory^H1984 in his wisdom,^H2451 neither let the mighty^H1368 man glory^H1984 in his might,^H1369 let not the rich^H6223 man glory^H1984 in his riches;^H6239

But this is the covenant^H1285 that I will make^H3772 with the house^H1004 of Israel^H3478 after^H310 those days,^H3117 saith^H5002 Jehovah:^H3068 I will put^H5414 my law^H8451 in their inward parts,^H7130 and in their heart^H3820 will I write^H3789 it; and I will be their God,^H430 and they shall be my people:^H5971

Whosoever^G1437 shall receive^G1209 one^G1520 of such^G5108 little children^G3813 in^G1909 my^G3450 name,^G3686 receiveth^G1209 me:^G1691 and^G2532 whosoever^G1437 receiveth^G1209 me,^G1691 receiveth^G1209 not^G3756 me,^G1691 but^G235 him that sent^G649 me.^G3165

For^G1063 God^G2316 sent^G649 not^G3756 the^G846 Son^G5207 into^G1519 the world^G2889 to^G2443 judge^G2919 the world;^G2889 but^G235 that^G2443 the world^G2889 should be saved^G4982 through^G1223 him.^G846

But^G1161 the witness^G3141 which^G3739 I^G1473 have^G2192 is greater^G3173 than [that of] John;^G2491 for^G1063 the works^G2041 which^G3739 the Father^G3962 hath given^G1325 me^G3427 to^G2443 accomplish,^G5048 the very^G846 works^G2041 that^G3739 I^G1473 do,^G4160 bear witness^G3140 of^G4012 me,^G1700 that^G3754 the Father^G3962 hath sent^G649 me.^G3165

Work^G2038 not^G3361 for the food^G1035 which perisheth,^G622 but^G235 for the food^G1035 which abideth^G3306 unto^G1519 eternal^G166 life,^G2222 which^G3739 the Son^G5207 of man^G444 shall give^G1325 unto you:^G5213 for^G1063 him^G5126 the Father,^G3962 even God,^G2316 hath^G4972 sealed.^G4972

^G1161 I^G1473 know^G1492 him;^G846 because^G3754 I am^G1510 from^G3844 him,^G846 and he^G2548 sent^G649 me.^G3165

Jesus^G2424 answered,^G611 If^G1437 I^G1473 glorify^G1392 myself,^G1683 my^G3450 glory^G1392 is^G2076 nothing:^G3762 it is^G2076 my^G3450 Father^G3962 that glorifieth^G1392 me;^G3165 of whom^G3739 ye^G5210 say,^G3004 that^G3754 he is^G2076 your^G5216 God;^G2316

And^G1161 I^G1473 knew^G1492 that^G3754 thou hearest^G191 me^G3450 always:^G3842 but^G235 because of^G1223 the multitude^G3793 that standeth around^G4026 I said^G2036 it, that^G2443 they may believe^G4100 that^G3754 thou^G4771 didst send^G649 me.^G3165

Jesus^G2424 saith^G3004 unto him,^G846 Have I been^G1510 so long^G5118 time^G5550 with^G3326 you,^G5216 and^G2532 dost thou^G1097 not^G3756 know^G1097 me,^G3165 Philip?^G5376 he that^G3588 hath seen^G3708 me^G1691 hath seen^G3708 the Father;^{G3962 G2532} how^G4459 sayest^G3004 thou,^G4771 Show^G1166 us^G2254 the Father?^G3962

for^G3754 the words^G4487 which^G3739 thou gavest^G1325 me^G3427 I have given^G1325 unto them;^G846 and^G2532 they^G846 received^G2983 [them], and^G2532 knew^G1097 of a truth^G230 that^G3754 I came forth^G1831 from^G3844 thee,^G4675 and^G2532 they believed^G4100 that^G3754 thou^G4771 didst send^G649 me.^G3165

I^G1473 in^G1722 them,^G846 and^G2532 thou^G4771 in^G1722 me,^G1698 that^G2443 they may be^G5600 perfected^G5048 into^G1519 one;^{G1520 G2532} that^G2443 the world^G2889 may know^G1097 that^G3754 thou^G4771 didst send^G649 me,^G3165 and^G2532 lovedst^G25 them,^G846 even as^G2531 thou lovedst^G25 me.^G1691

Concerning^G4012 therefore^G3767 the eating^G1035 of things sacrificed to idols,^G1494 we know^G1492 that^G3754 no idol^G1497 is [anything]^G3762 in^G1722 the world,^G2889 and^G2532 that^G3754 there is no^{G3762 G2087} God^G2316 but^{G1487 G3361} one.^G1520

Seeing^G3754 it is God,^G2316 that^G3739 said,^G2036 Light^G5457 shall shine^G2989 out of^G1537 darkness,^G4655 who shined^G2989 in^G1722 our^G2257 hearts,^G2588 to^G4314 give the light^G5462 of the knowledge^G1108 of the glory^G1391 of God^G2316 in^G1722 the face^G4383 of Jesus^G2424 Christ.^G5547

rendering^G1325 vengeance^G1557 to them that know^G1492 not^G3361 God,^G2316 and^G2532 to them that obey^G5219 not^G3361 the gospel^G2098 of our^G2257 Lord^G2962 Jesus:^G2424

And^G2532 they shall^G1321 not^{G3756 G3361} teach^G1321 every man^G1538 his^G846 fellow-citizen,^G4139 And^G2532 every man^G1538 his^G846 brother,^G80 saying,^G3004 Know^G1097 the Lord:^G2962 For^G3754 all^G3956 shall know^G1492 me,^G3165 From^G575 the least^G3398 to^G2193 the greatest^G846 of them.^G846

And^G2532 we^G2249 have beheld^G2300 and^G2532 bear witness^G3140 that^G3754 the Father^G3962 hath sent^G649 the Son^G5207 [to be] the Saviour^G4990 of the world.^G2889

And^G1161 we know^G1492 that^G3754 the Son^G5207 of God^G2316 is come,^G2240 and^G2532 hath given^G1325 us^G2254 an understanding,^G1271 that^G2443 we know^G1097 him that is true,^G228 and^G2532 we are^G2070 in^G1722 him that is true,^G228 [even] in^G1722 his^G846 Son^G5207 Jesus^G2424 Christ.^G5547 This^G3778 is^G2076 the true^G228 God,^G2316 and^G2532 eternal^G166 life.^G2222
