This is the anointing-portion^H4888 of Aaron,^H175 and the anointing-portion^H4888 of his sons,^H1121 out of the offerings^H801 of Jehovah^H3068 made by fire,^H801 in the day^H3117 when he presented^H7126 them to minister unto Jehovah^H3068 in the priest's office;^H3547

And it came to pass, when they were gone over,^H5674 that Elijah^H452 said^H559 unto Elisha,^H477 Ask^H7592 what I shall do^H6213 for thee, before I am taken^H3947 from thee. And Elisha^H477 said,^H559 I pray thee, let a double^H8147 portion^H6310 of thy spirit^H7307 be upon me.

And the Spirit^H7307 of Jehovah^H3068 shall rest^H5117 upon him, the spirit^H7307 of wisdom^H2451 and understanding,^H998 the spirit^H7307 of counsel^H6098 and might,^H1369 the spirit^H7307 of knowledge^H1847 and of the fear^H3374 of Jehovah.^H3068

For Zion's^H6726 sake will I not hold my peace,^H2814 and for Jerusalem's^H3389 sake I will not rest,^H8252 until her righteousness^H6664 go forth^H3318 as brightness,^H5051 and her salvation^H3444 as a lamp^H3940 that burneth.^H1197

The Spirit^G4151 of the Lord^G2962 is upon^G1909 me,^G1691 Because^G1752 he anointed^G5548 me^G3165 to preach good tidings^G2097 to the poor:^G4434 He hath sent^G649 me^G3165 to proclaim^G2784 release^G859 to the captives,^G164 And^G2532 recovering of sight^G309 to the blind,^G5185 To set^G649 at^G1722 liberty^G859 them that are bruised,^G3739

For^G1063 God^G2316 sent^G649 not^G3756 the^G846 Son^G5207 into^G1519 the world^G2889 to^G2443 judge^G2919 the world;^G2889 but^G235 that^G2443 the world^G2889 should be saved^G4982 through^G1223 him.^G846

Nevertheless^G235 I^G1473 tell^G3004 you^G5213 the truth:^G225 It is expedient^G4851 for you^G5213 that^G2443 I^G1473 go away;^G565 for^G1063 if^G1437 I go^G565 not^G3361 away,^G565 the Comforter^G3875 will^G2064 not^G3756 come^G2064 unto^G4314 you;^G5209 but^G1161 if^G1437 I go,^G4198 I will send^G3992 him^G846 unto^G4314 you.^G5209

For^G1063 the law^G3551 of the Spirit^G4151 of life^G2222 in^G1722 Christ^G5547 Jesus^G2424 made^G1659 me^G3165 free^G1659 from^G575 the law^G3551 of sin^G266 and^G2532 of death.^G2288

But^G1161 unto each^G1538 one^G1520 of us^G2257 was the grace^G5485 given^G1325 according to^G2596 the measure^G3358 of the gift^G1431 of Christ.^G5547
