And Joseph^H3130 remembered^H2142 the dreams^H2472 which he dreamed^H2492 of them, and said^H559 unto them, Ye are spies;^H7270 to see^H7200 the nakedness^H6172 of the land^H776 ye are come.^H935

And Joshua^H3091 the son^H1121 of Nun^H5126 sent^H7971 out of Shittim^H7851 two^H8147 men^H582 as spies^H7270 secretly,^H2791 saying,^H559 Go,^H3212 view^H7200 the land,^H776 and Jericho.^H3405 And they went^H3212 and came^H935 into the house^H802 of a harlot^H2181 whose name^H8034 was Rahab,^H7343 and lay^H7901 there.

And Joshua^H3091 said^H559 unto them, If thou be a great^H7227 people,^H5971 get thee up^H5927 to the forest,^H3293 and cut down^H1254 for thyself there in the land^H776 of the Perizzites^H6522 and of the Rephaim;^H7497 since the hill-country^H2022 of Ephraim^H669 is too narrow^H213 for thee.

And there was a certain^H259 man^H376 of Zorah,^H6881 of the family^H4940 of the Danites,^H1839 whose name^H8034 was Manoah;^H4495 and his wife^H802 was barren,^H6135 and bare^H3205 not.

Then his brethren^H251 and all the house^H1004 of his father^H1 came down,^H3381 and took^H5375 him, and brought him up,^H5927 and buried^H6912 him between Zorah^H6881 and Eshtaol^H847 in the burying-place^H6913 of Manoah^H4495 his father.^H1 And he judged^H8199 Israel^H3478 twenty^H6242 years.^H8141

And they came^H935 unto their brethren^H251 to Zorah^H6881 and Eshtaol:^H847 and their brethren^H251 said^H559 unto them, What [say] ye?

And they passed^H5674 thence unto the hill-country^H2022 of Ephraim,^H669 and came^H935 unto the house^H1004 of Micah.^H4318

And he said^H559 unto him, We are passing^H5674 from Beth-lehem-judah^H1035 unto the farther side^H3411 of the hill-country^H2022 of Ephraim;^H669 from thence am I, and I went^H3212 to Beth-lehem-judah:^H1035 and I am [now] going^H1980 to the house^H1004 of Jehovah;^H3068 and there is no man^H376 that taketh^H622 me into his house.^H1004
