And Abraham^H85 said,^H559 Because I thought,^H559 Surely^H7535 the fear^H3374 of God^H430 is not in this place;^H4725 and they will slay me^H2026 for my wife's^H802 sake.^H1697

he is not greater^H1419 in this house^H1004 than I; neither^H3808 hath he kept back^H2820 anything^H3972 from me but thee, because^H834 thou^H859 art his wife:^H802 how then can I do^H6213 this great^H1419 wickedness,^H7451 and sin^H2398 against God?^H430

And Moses^H4872 said^H559 unto the people,^H5971 Fear^H3372 not: for God^H430 is come^H935 to^H5668 prove^H5254 you, and that his fear^H3374 may be before you,^H6440 that ye sin^H2398 not.

Thou shalt not curse^H7043 the deaf,^H2795 nor put^H5414 a stumblingblock^H4383 before^H6440 the blind;^H5787 but thou shalt fear^H3372 thy God:^H430 I am Jehovah.^H3068

And if thou sell^H4376 aught^H4465 unto thy neighbor,^H5997 or buy^H7069 of thy neighbor's^H5997 hand,^H3027 ye shall not wrong^H3238 one^H376 another.^H251

Thou shalt not rule^H7287 over him with rigor,^H6531 but shalt fear^H3372 thy God.^H430

Only fear^H3372 Jehovah,^H3068 and serve^H5647 him in truth^H571 with all your heart;^H3824 for consider^H7200 how great things he hath done^H1431 for you.

Also I said,^H559 The thing that^H1697 ye do^H6213 is not good:^H2896 ought ye not to walk^H3212 in the fear^H3374 of our God,^H430 because of the reproach^H2781 of the nations^H1471 our enemies?^H341

The fear^H3374 of Jehovah^H3068 is clean,^H2889 enduring^H5975 for ever:^H5703 The ordinances^H4941 of Jehovah^H3068 are true,^H571 [and] righteous^H6663 altogether.^H3162

By mercy^H2617 and truth^H571 iniquity^H5771 is atoned^H3722 for; And by the fear^H3374 of Jehovah^H3068 men depart^H5493 from evil.^H7451

Jehovah^H3068 will enter^H935 into judgment^H4941 with the elders^H2205 of his people,^H5971 and the princes^H8269 thereof: It is ye that have eaten up^H1197 the vineyard;^H3754 the spoil^H1500 of the poor^H6041 is in your houses:^H1004

He judged^H1777 the cause^H1779 of the poor^H6041 and needy;^H34 then it was well.^H2896 Was not this to know^H1847 me? saith^H5002 Jehovah.^H3068

But^G1161 I will warn^G5263 you^G5213 whom^G5101 ye shall fear:^G5399 Fear^G5399 him, who^G3588 after^G3326 he hath killed^G615 hath^G2192 power^G1849 to cast^G1685 into^G1519 hell;^G1067 yea,^G3483 I say^G3004 unto you,^G5213 Fear^G5399 him.^G5126

a devout^G2152 man, and^G2532 one that feared^G5399 God^G2316 with^G4862 all^G3956 his^G846 house,^G3624 who^G5037 gave^G4160 much^G4183 alms^G1654 to the people,^G2992 and^G2532 prayed^G1189 to God^G2316 always.^G1275

There is^G2076 no^G3756 fear^G5401 of God^G2316 before^G561 their^G846 eyes.^G3788

that^G3588 no^G3361 man transgress,^G5233 and^G2532 wrong^G4122 his^G846 brother^G80 in^G1722 the matter:^G4229 because^G1360 the Lord^G2962 is an avenger^G1558 in^G4012 all^G3956 these things,^G5130 as^G2531 also^G2532 we^G4277 forewarned^G4277 you^G5213 and^G2532 testified.^G1263
