1 A nd if any oneH5315 sin,H2398 in that he hearethH8085 the voiceH6963 of adjuration,H423 he being a witness,H5707 whetherH176 he hath seenH7200 or known,H3045 if he do not utterH5046 [it], then he shall bearH5375 his iniquity.H5771
2 Or if any oneH5315 touchH5060 any uncleanH2931 thing,H1697 whether it be the carcassH5038 of an uncleanH2931 beast,H2416 or the carcassH5038 of uncleanH2931 cattle,H929 or the carcassH5038 of uncleanH2931 creeping things,H8318 and it be hiddenH5956 from him, and he be unclean,H2931 then he shall be guilty.H816
3 Or if he touchH5060 the uncleannessH2932 of man,H120 whatsoever his uncleannessH2932 be wherewith he is unclean,H2930 and it be hidH5956 from him; when he knowethH3045 of it, then he shall be guilty.H816
4 Or if any oneH5315 swearH7650 rashlyH981 with his lipsH8193 to do evil,H7489 or to do good,H3190 whatsoever it be that a manH120 shall utter rashlyH981 with an oath,H7621 and it be hidH5956 from him; when he knowethH3045 of it, then he shall be guiltyH816 in oneH259 of these [things].
5 And it shall be, when he shall be guiltyH816 in oneH259 of these [things], that he shall confessH3034 that wherein he hath sinned:H2398
6 and he shall bringH935 his trespass-offeringH817 unto JehovahH3068 for his sinH2403 which he hath sinned,H2398 a femaleH5347 from the flock,H6629 a lambH3776 or aH8166 goat,H8166 for a sin-offering;H2403 and the priestH3548 shall make atonementH3722 for him as concerning his sin.H2403
7 And if hisH3027 means suffice notH1767 forH5060 a lamb,H7716 then he shall bringH5060 hisH854 trespass-offeringH817 for that wherein he hath sinned,H2398 twoH8147 turtle-doves,H8449 or twoH8147 youngH1121 pigeons,H3123 unto Jehovah;H3068 oneH259 for a sin-offering,H2403 and the otherH259 for a burnt-offering.H2403
8 And he shall bringH935 them unto the priest,H3548 who shall offerH7126 that which is for the sin-offeringH2403 first,H7223 and wring offH4454 its headH7218 fromH4136 its neck,H6203 but shall not divide it asunder:H914
9 and he shall sprinkleH5137 of the bloodH1818 of the sin-offeringH2403 upon the sideH7023 of the altar;H4196 and the restH7604 of the bloodH1818 shall be drained outH4680 at the baseH3247 of the altar:H4196 it is a sin-offering.H2403
10 And he shall offerH6213 the secondH8145 for a burnt-offering,H5930 according to the ordinance;H4941 and the priestH3548 shall make atonementH3722 for him as concerning his sinH2403 which he hath sinned,H2398 and he shall be forgiven.H5545
11 But if hisH3027 means sufficeH5381 not for twoH8147 turtle-doves,H8449 or twoH8147 youngH1121 pigeons,H3123 then he shall bringH935 his oblationH7133 for that wherein he hath sinned,H2398 the tenthH6224 part of an ephahH374 of fine flourH5560 for a sin-offering:H2403 he shall putH7760 no oilH8081 upon it, neither shall he putH5414 any frankincenseH3828 thereon; for it is a sin-offering.H2403
12 And he shall bringH935 it to the priest,H3548 and the priestH3548 shall takeH7061 his handfulH4393 of it as the memorialH234 thereof, and burnH6999 it on the altar,H4196 upon the offerings of JehovahH3068 made by fire:H801 it is a sin-offering.H2403
13 And the priestH3548 shall make atonementH3722 for him as touching his sinH2403 that he hath sinnedH2398 in anyH259 of these things, and he shall be forgiven:H5545 [and the remnant] shall be the priest's,H3548 as the meal-offering.H4503
14 And JehovahH3068 spakeH1696 unto Moses,H4872 saying,H559
15 If any oneH5315 commitH4603 a trespass,H4604 and sinH2398 unwittingly,H7684 in the holy thingsH6944 of Jehovah;H3068 then he shall bringH935 his trespass-offeringH817 unto Jehovah,H3068 a ramH352 without blemishH8549 out of the flock,H6629 according to thy estimationH6187 in silverH3701 by shekels,H8255 after the shekelH8255 of the sanctuary,H6944 for a trespass-offering:H817
16 and he shall make restitutionH7999 for that which he hath done amissH2398 in the holy thing,H6944 and shall addH3254 the fifth partH2549 thereto, and giveH5414 it unto the priest;H3548 and the priestH3548 shall make atonementH3722 for him with the ramH352 of the trespass-offering,H817 and he shall be forgiven.H5545
17 And if any oneH5315 sin,H2398 and doH6213 anyH259 of the things which JehovahH3068 hath commandedH4687 not to be done;H6213 though he knewH3045 it not, yet is he guilty,H816 and shall bearH5375 his iniquity.H5771
18 And he shall bringH935 a ramH352 without blemishH8549 out of the flock,H6629 according to thy estimation,H6187 for a trespass-offering,H817 unto the priest;H3548 and the priestH3548 shall make atonementH3722 for him concerning the thing wherein he erredH7683 unwittinglyH7684 and knewH3045 it not, and he shall be forgiven.H5545
19 It is a trespass-offering:H817 he is certainlyH816 guiltyH816 before Jehovah.H3068
