TSK · Luke 1:17

And Samuel^H8050 said,^H559 Gather^H6908 all Israel^H3478 to Mizpah,^H4708 and I will pray^H6419 for you unto Jehovah.^H3068

And he answered,^H559 I have not troubled^H5916 Israel;^H3478 but thou, and thy father's^H1 house,^H1004 in that ye have forsaken^H5800 the commandments^H4687 of Jehovah,^H3068 and thou hast followed^H3212 the Baalim.^H1168

Now therefore thus saith^H559 Jehovah,^H3068 Thou shalt not come down^H3381 from the bed^H4296 whither thou art gone up,^H5927 but shalt surely^H4191 die.^H4191 And Elijah^H452 departed.^H3212

O Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of Abraham,^H85 of Isaac,^H3327 and of Israel,^H3478 our fathers,^H1 keep^H8104 this for ever^H5769 in the imagination^H3336 of the thoughts^H4284 of the heart^H3824 of thy people,^H5971 and prepare^H3559 their heart^H3824 unto thee;

Jehovah,^H3068 thou hast heard^H8085 the desire^H8378 of the meek:^H6035 Thou wilt prepare^H3559 their heart,^H3820 thou wilt cause thine ear^H241 to hear;^H7181

The fear^H3374 of Jehovah^H3068 is the beginning^H7225 of wisdom;^H2451 A good^H2896 understanding^H2451 have all they that do^H6213 [his commandments]: His praise^H8416 endureth^H5975 for ever.^H5703

Therefore thus will I do^H6213 unto thee, O Israel;^H3478 [and] because^H6118 I will do^H6213 this unto thee, prepare^H3559 to meet^H7125 thy God,^H430 O Israel.^H3478

Now^G1161 John^G2491 himself^G846 had^G2192 his^G846 raiment^G1742 of^G575 camel's^G2574 hair,^G2359 and^G2532 a leathern^G1193 girdle^G2223 about^G4012 his^G846 loins;^G3751 and^G2532 his^G846 food^G5160 was^G2258 locusts^G200 and^G2532 wild^G66 honey.^G3192

And^G2532 if^G1487 you are willing^G2309 to receive^G1209 [it], this^G846 is^G2076 Elijah,^G2243 that^G3588 is^G3195 to come.^G2064

And^G1161 he^G2424 answered^G611 and said,^G2036 Elijah^G2243 indeed^G3303 cometh,^G2064 and^G2532 shall^G2064 restore^G600 all things:^G3956

And^G2532 they asked^G1905 him,^G846 saying,^G3004 [How is it] that^G3754 the scribes^G1122 say^G3004 that^G3754 Elijah^G2243 must^G1163 first^G4412 come?^G2064

Yea and^G2532 thou,^G4771 child,^G3813 shalt be called^G2564 the prophet^G4396 of the Most High:^G5310 For^G1063 thou shalt go^G4313 before^G4253 the face^G4383 of the Lord^G2962 to make ready^G2090 his^G846 ways;^G3598

who^G3739 were born,^G1080 not^G3756 of^G1537 blood,^G129 nor^G3761 of^G1537 the will^G2307 of the flesh,^G4561 nor^G3761 of^G1537 the will^G2307 of man,^G435 but^G235 of^G1537 God.^G2316

And^G2504 I have seen,^G3708 and^G2532 have borne witness^G3140 that^G3754 this^G3778 is^G2076 the Son^G5207 of God.^G2316

Forthwith^G1824 therefore^G3767 I sent^G3992 to^G4314 thee;^G4571 and^G5037 thou^G4771 hast^G4160 well^G2573 done^G4160 that thou^G4771 art come.^G3854 Now^G3568 therefore^G3767 we^G2249 are all^G3956 here present^G3918 in the sight^G1799 of God,^G2316 to hear^G191 all things^G3956 that^G3588 have been commanded^G4367 thee^G4671 of^G5259 the Lord.

Or know ye^G1492 not^G3756 that^G3754 the unrighteous^G94 shall^G2816 not^G3756 inherit^G2816 the kingdom^G932 of God?^G2316 Be^G4105 not^G3361 deceived:^G4105 neither^G3777 fornicators,^G4205 nor^G3777 idolaters,^G1496 nor^G3777 adulterers,^G3432 nor^G3777 effeminate,^G3120 nor^G3777 abusers of themselves with men,^G733

If^G1437 a man^G5100 therefore^G3767 purge^G1571 himself^G1438 from^G575 these,^G5130 he shall be^G2071 a vessel^G4632 unto^G1519 honor,^G5092 sanctified,^{G37 G2532} meet^G2173 for the master's^G1203 use,^G2173 prepared^G2090 unto^G1519 every^G3956 good^G18 work.^G2041

Seeing that^G3767 these things^G5130 are thus all^G3956 to be dissolved,^G3089 what manner^G4217 of persons ought^G1163 ye^G5209 to be^G5225 in^G1722 [all] holy^G40 living^G391 and^G2532 godliness,^G2150

And^G2532 I saw^G1492 thrones,^G2362 and^G2532 they sat^G2523 upon^G1909 them,^G846 and^G2532 judgment^G2917 was given^G1325 unto them:^G846 and^G2532 [I saw] the souls^G5590 of them that had been beheaded^G3990 for^G1223 the testimony^G3141 of Jesus,^G2424 and^G2532 for^G1223 the word^G3056 of God,^G2316 and^G2532 such^G3748 as^G4352 worshipped^G4352 not^G3756 the beast,^G2342 neither^G3777 his^G846 image,^G1504 and^G2532 received^G2983 not^G3756 the mark^G5480 upon^G1909 their^G846 forehead^G3359 and^G2532 upon^G1909 their^G846 hand;^G5495 and^G2532 they lived,^G2198 and^G2532 reigned^G936 with^G3326 Christ^G5547 a thousand^G5507 years.^G2094
