If I have rejoiced^H8055 at the destruction^H6365 of him that hated^H8130 me, Or lifted up^H5782 myself when evil^H7451 found^H4672 him;

They are bowed down^H3766 and fallen;^H5307 But we are risen,^H6965 and stand upright.^H5749

But in mine adversity^H6761 they rejoiced,^H8055 and gathered themselves together:^H622 The abjects^H5222 gathered themselves together^H622 against me, and I knew^H3045 [it] not; They did tear^H7167 me, and ceased^H1826 not:

Judge^H8199 me, O Jehovah^H3068 my God,^H430 according to thy righteousness;^H6664 And let them not rejoice^H8055 over me.

Though he fall,^H5307 he shall not be utterly cast down;^H2904 For Jehovah^H3068 upholdeth^H5564 him with his hand.^H3027

But thou, O Jehovah,^H3068 have mercy^H2603 upon me, and raise me up,^H6965 That I may requite^H7999 them.

Light^H216 is sown^H2232 for the righteous,^H6662 And gladness^H8057 for the upright^H3477 in heart.^H3820

Unto the upright^H3477 there ariseth^H2224 light^H216 in the darkness:^H2822 [He is] gracious,^H2587 and merciful,^H7349 and righteous.^H6662

For a righteous^H6662 man falleth^H5307 seven times,^H7651 and riseth up again;^H6965 But the wicked^H7563 are overthrown^H3782 by calamity.^H7451

O house^H1004 of Jacob,^H3290 come^H3212 ye, and let us walk^H3212 in the light^H216 of Jehovah.^H3068

saying^H559 to them that are bound,^H631 Go forth;^H3318 to them that are in darkness,^H2822 Show^H1540 yourselves. They shall feed^H7462 in the ways,^H1870 and on all bare heights^H8205 shall be their pasture.^H4830

Arise,^H6965 shine;^H215 for thy light^H216 is come,^H935 and the glory^H3519 of Jehovah^H3068 is risen^H2224 upon thee.

Because ye are glad,^H8055 because ye rejoice,^H8055 O ye that plunder^H8154 my heritage,^H5159 because ye are wanton^H6335 as a heifer^H5697 that treadeth out [the grain],^H1877 and neigh^H6670 as strong horses;^H47

For thus saith^H559 the Lord^H136 Jehovah:^H136 Because thou hast clapped^H4222 thy hands,^H3027 and stamped^H7554 with the feet,^H7272 and rejoiced^H8055 with all the despite^H7589 of thy soul^H5315 against the land^H127 of Israel;^H3478

In that day^H3117 will I raise up^H6965 the tabernacle^H5521 of David^H1732 that is fallen,^H5307 and close up^H1443 the breaches^H6556 thereof; and I will raise up^H6965 its ruins,^H2034 and I will build^H1129 it as in the days^H3117 of old;^H5769

Then mine enemy^H341 shall see^H7200 it, and shame^H955 shall cover^H3680 her who said^H559 unto me, Where is Jehovah^H3068 thy God?^H430 Mine eyes^H5869 shall see^H7200 [my desire] upon her; now shall she be trodden down^H4823 as the mire^H2916 of the streets.^H2351

the people^G2992 that^G3588 sat^G2521 in^G1722 darkness^G4655 saw^G1492 a great^G3173 light,^G5457 and^G2532 to them^G846 that^G3588 sat^G2521 in^G1722 the region^G5561 and^G2532 shadow^G4639 of death,^G2288 to them did light^G5457 spring up.^G393

Again^G3825 therefore^G3767 Jesus^G2424 spake^G2980 unto them,^G846 saying,^G3004 I^G1473 am^G1510 the light^G5457 of the world:^G2889 he that followeth^G190 me^G1698 shall^G4043 not^{G3756 G3361} walk^G4043 in^G1722 the darkness,^G4653 but^G235 shall have^G2192 the light^G5457 of life.^G2222

to open^G455 their^G846 eyes,^G3788 that^G3588 they may turn^G1994 from^G575 darkness^G4655 to^G1519 light^G5457 and^G2532 from the power^G1849 of Satan^G4567 unto^G1909 God,^G2316 that they^G846 may receive^G2983 remission^G859 of sins^G266 and^G2532 an inheritance^G2819 among^G1722 them that^G3588 are sanctified^G37 by faith^G4102 in^G1519 me.^G1691

And^G2532 they^G3588 that dwell^G2730 on^G1909 the earth^G1093 rejoice^G5463 over^G1909 them,^G846 and^G2532 make merry;^G2165 and^G2532 they shall send^G3992 gifts^G1435 one to another;^G240 because^G3754 these^G3778 two^G1417 prophets^G4396 tormented^G928 them^G3588 that dwell^G2730 on^G1909 the earth.^G1093

And^G2532 there^G1563 shall be^G2071 night^G3571 no^G3756 more; and^G2532 they^G2192 need^G5532 no^G3756 light of lamp,^G3088 neither^G2532 light^G5457 of sun;^G2246 for^G3754 the Lord^G2962 God^G2316 shall give^G5461 them^G846 light:^G5461 and^G2532 they shall reign^G936 for^G1519 ever^G165 and ever.^G165
