Wherefore should the Egyptians^H4714 speak,^H559 saying,^H559 For evil^H7451 did he bring^H3318 them forth, to slay^H2026 them in the mountains,^H2022 and to consume^H3615 them from the face^H6440 of the earth?^H127 Turn^H7725 from thy fierce^H2740 wrath,^H639 and repent^H5162 of this evil^H7451 against thy people.^H5971

And Jehovah^H3068 said^H559 unto Moses,^H4872 I will do^H6213 this thing^H1697 also that thou hast spoken;^H1696 for thou hast found^H4672 favor^H2580 in my sight,^H5869 and I know^H3045 thee by name.^H8034

then hear^H8085 thou in heaven,^H8064 and forgive^H5545 the sin^H2403 of thy people^H5971 Israel,^H3478 and bring them again^H7725 unto the land^H127 which thou gavest^H5414 unto their fathers.^H1

But he, being merciful,^H7349 forgave^H3722 [their] iniquity,^H5771 and destroyed^H7843 [them] not: Yea, many a time^H7235 turned^H7725 he his anger^H639 away,^H7725 And did not stir up^H5782 all his wrath.^H2534

And he remembered^H2142 for them his covenant,^H1285 And repented^H5162 according to the multitude^H7230 of his lovingkindnesses.^H2617

But they rebelled^H4784 against me, and would^H14 not hearken^H8085 unto me; they did not every man^H376 cast away^H7993 the abominations^H8251 of their eyes,^H5869 neither did they forsake^H5800 the idols^H1544 of Egypt.^H4714 Then I said^H559 I would pour out^H8210 my wrath^H2534 upon them, to accomplish^H3615 my anger^H639 against them in the midst^H8432 of the land^H776 of Egypt.^H4714

And it came to pass that, when they made an end^H3615 of eating^H398 the grass^H6212 of the land,^H776 then I said,^H559 O Lord^H136 Jehovah,^H136 forgive,^H5545 I beseech thee: how shall Jacob^H3290 stand?^H6965 for he is small.^H6996

And God^H430 saw^H7200 their works,^H4639 that they turned^H7725 from their evil^H7451 way;^H1870 and God^H430 repented^H5162 of the evil^H7451 which he said^H1696 he would do^H6213 unto them; and he did^H6213 it not.

Who is a God^H410 like unto thee, that pardoneth^H5375 iniquity,^H5771 and passeth over^H5674 the transgression^H6588 of the remnant^H7611 of his heritage?^H5159 he retaineth^H2388 not his anger^H639 for ever,^H5703 because he delighteth^H2654 in lovingkindness.^H2617

and^G2532 the prayer^G2171 of faith^G4102 shall save^G4982 him that is sick,^G2577 and^G2532 the Lord^G2962 shall raise^G1453 him^G846 up;^G1453 and if^G2579 he have^G5600 committed^G4160 sins,^G266 it shall be forgiven^G863 him.^G846
