And he said,^H559 Take now^H3947 thy son,^H1121 thine only^H3173 son, whom thou lovest,^H157 even Isaac,^H3327 and get thee^H3212 into the land^H776 of Moriah;^H4179 and offer him^H5927 there for a burnt-offering^H5930 upon one^H259 of the mountains^H2022 which I will tell^H559 thee of.

And Abraham^H85 lifted up^H5375 his eyes,^H5869 and looked,^H7200 and, behold, behind^H310 [him] a ram^H352 caught^H270 in the thicket^H5442 by his horns:^H7161 and Abraham^H85 went^H3212 and took^H3947 the ram,^H352 and offered him up^H5927 for a burnt-offering^H5930 in the stead^H8478 of his son.^H1121

And Jehovah^H3068 called^H7121 unto Moses,^H4872 and spake^H1696 unto him out of the tent^H168 of meeting,^H4150 saying,^H559

Then Jehovah^H3068 opened^H1540 the eyes^H5869 of Balaam,^H1109 and he saw^H7200 the angel^H4397 of Jehovah^H3068 standing^H5324 in the way,^H1870 with his sword^H2719 drawn^H8025 in his hand;^H3027 and he bowed^H6915 his head, and fell^H7812 on his face.^H639

And he said^H559 unto Balak,^H1111 Stand^H3320 here^H3541 by thy burnt-offering,^H5930 while I meet^H7136 [Jehovah] yonder.^H3541

And when Balaam^H1109 saw^H7200 that it pleased^H5869 Jehovah^H3068 to bless^H1288 Israel,^H3478 he went^H1980 not, as at the other times,^H6471 to meet^H7125 with enchantments,^H5173 but he set^H7896 his face^H6440 toward the wilderness.^H4057
