And he said^H559 unto him, I also am a prophet^H5030 as thou art; and an angel^H4397 spake^H1696 unto me by the word^H1697 of Jehovah,^H3068 saying,^H559 Bring him back^H7725 with thee into thy house,^H1004 that he may eat^H398 bread^H3899 and drink^H8354 water.^H4325 [But] he lied^H3584 unto him.

And Jehovah^H3068 said,^H559 Who shall entice^H6601 Ahab,^H256 that he may go up^H5927 and fall^H5307 at Ramoth-gilead?^H7433 And one said^H559 on this manner;^H3541 and another said^H559 on that manner.^H3541

That the godless^H120 man reign^H4427 not, That there be none to ensnare^H4170 the people.^H5971

He hath put forth^H7971 his hands^H3027 against such as were at peace^H7965 with him: He hath profaned^H2490 his covenant.^H1285

Get^H7069 wisdom,^H2451 get^H7069 understanding;^H998 Forget^H7911 not, neither decline^H5186 from the words^H561 of my mouth;^H6310

Beware^G4337 of^G575 false prophets,^G5578 who^G3748 come^G2064 to^G4314 you^G5209 in^G1722 sheep's^G4263 clothing,^G1742 but^G1161 inwardly^G2081 are^G1526 ravening^G727 wolves.^G3074

But^G1161 when^G3752 ye see^G1492 the abomination^G946 of desolation^G2050 standing^G2476 where^G3699 he ought^G1163 not^G3756 (let him that^G3588 readeth^G314 understand),^G3539 then^G5119 let them that^G3588 are^G3588 in^G1722 Judaea^G2449 flee^G5343 unto^G1519 the mountains:^G3735

and^G2532 from among^G1537 your^G5216 own selves^G846 shall^G435 men^G435 arise,^G450 speaking^G2980 perverse things,^G1294 to draw away^G645 the disciples^G3101 after^G3694 them.^G846

till^G3360 we^G2658 all^G3956 attain^G2658 unto^G1519 the unity^G1775 of the faith,^G4102 and^G2532 of the knowledge^G1922 of the Son^G5207 of God,^G2316 unto^G1519 a fullgrown^G5046 man,^G435 unto^G1519 the measure^G3358 of the stature^G2244 of the fulness^G4138 of Christ:^G5547

But^G1161 the Spirit^G4151 saith^G3004 expressly,^G4490 that^G3754 in^G1722 later^G5306 times^G2540 some^G5100 shall fall away from^G868 the faith,^G4102 giving heed to^G4337 seducing^G4108 spirits^G4151 and^G2532 doctrines^G1319 of demons,^G1140

as^G5613 also^G2532 in^G1722 all^G3956 [his] epistles,^G1992 speaking^G2980 in^G1722 them^G846 of^G4012 these things;^G5130 wherein^{G3739 G1722} are^G2076 some things^G5100 hard to be understood,^G1425 which^G3739 the ignorant^G261 and^G2532 unstedfast^G793 wrest,^G4761 as^G5613 [they do] also^G2532 the other^G3062 scriptures,^G1124 unto^G4314 their^G846 own^G2398 destruction.^G684

And^G2532 as for you, the anointing^G5545 which^G3739 ye^G5210 received^G2983 of^G575 him^G846 abideth^G3306 in^G1722 you,^G5213 and^G2532 ye need^{G2192 G5532} not^G3756 that^G2443 any one^G5100 teach^G1321 you;^G5209 but^G235 as^G5613 his^G846 anointing^G5545 teacheth^G1321 you;^G5209 concerning^G4012 all things,^G3956 and^G2532 is^G2076 true,^G227 and^G2532 is^G2076 no^G3756 lie,^G5579 and^G2532 even as^G2531 it taught^G1321 you,^G5209 ye abide^G3306 in^G1722 him.^G846
