So shall thy poverty^H7389 come^H935 as a robber,^H1980 And thy want^H4270 as an armed^H4043 man.^H376

He that tilleth^H5647 his land^H127 shall have plenty^H7646 of bread;^H3899 But he that followeth^H7291 after vain^H7386 [persons] is void^H2638 of understanding.^H3820

Slothfulness^H6103 casteth^H5307 into a deep sleep;^H8639 And the idle^H7423 soul^H5315 shall suffer hunger.^H7456

So the shipmaster^H7227 came^H7126 to him, and said^H559 unto him, What meanest thou, O sleeper?^H7290 arise,^H6965 call^H7121 upon thy God,^H430 if so be that God^H430 will think^H6245 upon us, that we perish^H6 not.

And^G2532 this,^G5124 knowing^G1492 the season,^G5610 that^G3754 already^G2235 it is time^G2540 for you^G2248 to awake^G1453 out of^G1537 sleep:^G5258 for^G1063 now^G3568 is ^G2257 salvation^G4991 nearer^G1452 to us than^G2228 when^G3753 we [first] believed.^G4100

Wherefore^G1352 [he] saith,^G3004 Awake, thou^G1453 that^G3588 sleepest,^G2518 and^G2532 arise^G450 from^G1537 the dead,^G3498 and^G2532 Christ^G5547 shall shine^G2017 upon^G2017 thee.^G4671
