and God^H410 Almighty^H7706 give^H5414 you mercy^H7356 before^H6440 the man,^H376 that he may release^H7971 unto you your other^H312 brother^H251 and Benjamin.^H1144 And if^H834 I be bereaved^H7921 of my children, I am bereaved.^H7921

Blessed^H1288 be Jehovah,^H3068 the God^H430 of our fathers,^H1 who hath put^H5414 such a thing as this in the king's^H4428 heart,^H3820 to beautify^H6286 the house^H1004 of Jehovah^H3068 which is in Jerusalem;^H3389

Go,^H3212 gather together^H3664 all the Jews^H3064 that are present^H4672 in Shushan,^H7800 and fast^H6684 ye for me, and neither eat^H398 nor drink^H8354 three^H7969 days,^H3117 night^H3915 or day:^H3117 I also and my maidens^H5291 will fast^H6684 in like manner; and so^H3651 will I go^H935 in unto the king,^H4428 which is not according to the law:^H1881 and if I perish,^H6 I perish.^H6

Also unto thee, O Lord,^H136 belongeth lovingkindness;^H2617 For thou renderest^H7999 to every man^H376 according to his work.^H4639

The wrath^H2534 of a king^H4428 is [as] messengers^H4397 of death;^H4194 But a wise^H2450 man^H376 will pacify^H3722 it.

Many^H7227 will entreat^H2470 the favor^H6440 of the liberal^H5081 man; And every man is a friend^H7453 to him^H376 that giveth gifts.^H4976

The king's^H4428 heart^H3820 is in the hand^H3027 of Jehovah^H3068 as the watercourses:^{H6388 H4325} He turneth^H5186 it whithersoever he will.^H2654

But I said,^H559 I have labored^H3021 in vain,^H7385 I have spent^H3615 my strength^H3581 for nought^H8414 and vanity;^H1892 yet surely^H403 the justice^H4941 [due] to me is with Jehovah,^H3068 and my recompense^H6468 with my God.^H430

For^G1063 I know^G4894 nothing^G3762 against myself;^G1683 yet^G235 am I^G1344 not^G3756 hereby^{G5129 G1722} justified:^G1344 but^G1161 he^G3588 that judgeth^G350 me^G3165 is^G2076 the Lord.^G2962
